I think prismacolor is going to work for me. Those combined with the polychromos will do all i need.

Claire have you ever thought of turning your skin tone sheets into pdf files we could download from your blog?? I'm currently in my skin tone practice time. And so far it is bloody nerve wracking and well, honestly disheartening so I'm definitely giving some of your colors a try

Loved your video. I tried to recreate your colors but got stunk on a couple. They are probably the cross overs away from Prismacolors. The 2 in question are Henna and Sandbar Brown. Do you have a close match in Prismacolor?

Would you recommend buying this set over the two separate Black Widow skin tone sets, since buying the 2 BW sets together, is pretty much the same price as the 24 set of Prismacolours?

A great deal is always given to the colour pencils and rightly so, but for Prismacolour Polychromatics there`s not good enough info out there on which paper to use. One of the top artists is advocating Strathmore Vellum but I`m puzzled by that because surely that's too smooth for Prismacolor pencils as they need a tooth on the paper to give the blending some grip. Could you please advise on some paper/papers out there that's not going to cost the earth because a lot of learners are watching these videos and the cost of that paper is too costly to practice on (Methinks) , but we need some paper that is suitable for some decent blending on with a tooth on the paper of some degree, but not too much for us learners , that it requires some hard blending technique to start off with . Is there any suitable you could advise upon please ? .

Hi! So useful! Thank you so much!!! I love watching you! I'm gonna buy my first professional box of colored pencils and they're really expensive in Brazil ( minimun monthly wage expensive) it's a dream but it may be a long time after I can afford another one. So I'm asking for opinions...Could you help me please? I'm split between prismacolor collen and castle arts( polys are out of the question expensive)... Which ones would you recomend for a first timer? Thank you so much!!
