And the ball drops hard on Douglas’s corrupt nature ... he really is vile. Margo is the worst with her hypocrisy - bashing other prisoners for lagging but makes a huge exception for herself. Made all the worse because she’s always going off doing whatever she wants and other people pay the price because “it’s not her fault”. Paddy is sweet but Andy is too weak and ridiculous with one bad judgement after another. Judy is right though - he can’t front up male prisoners but has no compunction about hiding behind women. Paddy threw away her freedom on a guy that isn’t worth it; and ultimately a tragedy. And Judy really shouldn’t be in charge of the halfway house with all the bad decisions she keeps making. Tony is a mess but he’s right that she’ll end up back in Wentworth. Sure she’s been inside but so what? That doesn’t justify how bad she manages Driscoll House. Goodbye Tony - go to Sydney with that snot-nosed bougie girlfriend who craps on social work and people who don’t have her privileged life. She’s a female Bob Morris. Tony talks about Andy being a coward but so is he. It really annoys me that Bea ends up carrying the can for Margo’s mess.

Tony done the right thing in resigning. He couldn't even handle Maxine properly without making a hash of it. Judy needs someone alongside her who has first hand experience of prison life. Tony may have a degree but he's someway light on common sense. Sensitive issues at a halfway house do not need resolving by involving the cops. It'll just scare people away rather than draw them into the place. Judy had the situation with Andy totally under control and he should have backed her up, inside of going against her and taking the easy way out.

My mother delivered our nextdoor neighbour's baby son when she went into labour.I don't know how she cut the umbilical cord and she wouldn't have had any sterile instruments, but deliver the baby she did.I would say that when you think of the human race as a whole, the majority of people were born in unsanitary conditions. The survival rate was low,but enough babies survived to carry on the human population. The conditions in PCBH weren't ideal, but also weren't horrendous,so the baby was easily delivered.Nothing far-fetched about that.🇬🇧❤❤❤🐊🐊🐊

Mr. Douglas is an incompetent nilly-willy. Every time he makes an appearance, my eyes "involuntarily" roll. It's overdue for Gaffney's due. That detective isn't too bright. Gaffney had shifty eyes--a major watermark of someone who is guilty--and looked like a deer in the headlights when blaming Bea and Chrissy for the fire she lit without Bea's say-so. Can't wait until Bea finds out she lagged with a lie about her. And I think it should be illegal to accuse someone of something without proper evidence like that pompous windbag detective was doing. There are other means of putting the pressure on someone to possibly extract a confession rather than lying to get them to.

Sad to see Tony go. he was a lovely man considering he's a social worker and usually social workers are scummy twats! He and Judy made a great team

You're kidding right? He WAS a scummy twat. He was cop happy and always against Judy's advice, for the most part he always came across aggressive and he also slept with one of the residents. Totally inappropriate and scumbag behaviour.

@@debrak8521Yes, very responsible behaviour for someone in a position of power. He was a scummy twat who just used Maxine when he was feeling sorry for himself.Far too many folk use drink and/or drugs as an excuse for their behaviour, yet who is it who decides to take the drinks and/or drugs in the beginning? Good riddance to bad rubbish, that's what I says!🇬🇧❤❤❤🐊🐊🐊

simosc2 ... It doesn't at all go on until the end of the series, it eventually gets fizzled out (thank god). You just have to put up with it for a while- I think every viewer gets a bit tired of the halfwit house, too! ;)
