Fun fact dr. Seuss was one of the writers for private snafu looking at it I definitely think he got a crack at some background design for this one

I believe they call that satire nowadays. Real world commonalities in war and war time efforts.(Keeps your commanding officers realistic sometimes)

I'm glad that somebody else noticed that Nelson voiced the devil. His voice pops up several times in Warner's cartoons.

Sorry folks, IMDB says it's Hal Peary. Dick Nelson played the dumb dog in the Screwy Squirrel cartoons.

Congratulations on leaving the most intelligent and insightful observation ever on one of my video. lt is not, in fact, Harold Peary, who played "The Great Gildersleeve", but is an actor named "Dick Nelson" impersonating him. Fooled me too, sounds very close. Let me buy you a drink sometime.
