Those bits can be fitted directly to ratchet(without red extension) too?

When you are reviewing tools it would be useful if you actually listed the contents. I wanted to know if this tool includes both a 2mm & 8mm hex key but neither you nor the manufacturer listed the contents.

Good tip! Maybe if you send pro bike tool an email they can tell you? I don’t have the tool close to me right now. Sorry

Best use would be to take while traveling, if you are taking your bike along for minor adjustments. You should check the ratchet under load to see if it will slip to easy.

Thorough assessment. Neat set but not a must-have for me. I carry four little allen wrenches and have only used one of them.

It makes no sense. When you're out on your bike and need to make emergency repairs or adjustments as you ride, you do not need a ratchet. When you are home, why would you use little toy tools like that? For out on the bike, get a small, lightweight multi-tool that has all the tools you need (Topeak tools are excellent); for at home buy real full sized tools for maintenance work, including a real torque wrench. As for your statement that you do not carry any tools other than tube and pump on the bike, it's like wearing your seatbelt in the car or a helmet on a motorcycle. You may never have a collision, but you need to be prepared. Just a few weeks ago, I had the cleat come loose on my shoe about 30 miles/ 3000ft of climbing from home. If I didn't have an allen wrench to tighten the cleat bolts back up and it came off, that walk home would have sucked. I've had to adjust high/ low limit stops on derailleurs as well out on the road. My Garmin computer mount came loose, needed that torx T-25... etc.

Never had any of that stuff happen to me. Multitool on the road is, imo, totally overrated. Better get some stuff to repair your tires for the ride instead.

That ratchet thingy is missing tyre levers and chain breaker aside sinking saddle broken chain and flat tyre (less frequent than chain :s) is what happens most often to me. With that spare time of the bike I feel video spree from you with all that free time.

Looks kind of sleak to fit in a jersey pocket or a pack for MTB riding (especially for a longer day in the woods). At home I'd never use it cause you get much better normal tools and I don't think even japanese are so short on living space. Beside use on the bike other would be throwing that thing in your bike bag for reassembly. Also if you'd be using it check if bits are of decent quality or at least better than the bolt you want to tighten.

jasper spends hours and hours of his time providing free cycling content. If you don't like it don't watch a video that clearly stated it was a review. Seriously go research how long it takes to make these videos
