Shame that Ollie and Zane don't tell us about the specific design details of the Pro and how the Pro steps up performance from the Spice. Is it just the narrower outline and nose? What about bottom shape? Why is the factory Spice setup as a quad? Why did Zane choose a Spice over a Pro? So many questions! Will have to wait for Supboarder Magazine to give us a proper review...

Very helpful descriptions Ollie and Zane. I'm on the hunt for a board to compliment my Starboard 10x29 longboard which I absolutely love and sets a high bar! I'm and Advanced rider at 86kg largerly surfing small to medium (knee to head high) beach breaks. Torn between the Spice and Pro. I'm looking for simular stabilty of my 10x29 but am worried if I go wider I will loose that amazing quickness rail to rail. What board and length would you suggest?

Hi ! I already have 8,7x29,5 (135 l) starboard pro 2021 but...thinking about new 8,7x 29,5 pro (130 l ) or...new spice 8,2x 30,75 (115 l).Looking forward for a little bit more stability than 8,7 x 135 l but still reactive .I also own starboard long sup 10x29 123 l and generation 12,6....please, any suggestion? New starboard pro 8,7 2023 or new spice 8,2 2023 ? Thank you and good waves !
