This April we will be joined by some fantastic guests to chat all about womb cancer.
Inspired by our recent campaign with the North East London Cancer Alliance, You Need to Know, and research that has shown that Black women are more likely to develop womb cancer- we want to highlight some of the issues Black women face around getting diagnosed and treated with the disease.
We were joined by Dr Aziza Sesay, a fantastic GP and women’s health specialist to chat all about the symptoms of womb cancer, when to get a GP appointment, what to expect and how to prepare for it.
To see more about Probably Nothing series 8, the topics and upcoming guests, visit eveappeal.org.uk/probablynothing. We will see you all again next week!
If you would like to speak to someone for more information and advice on womb cancer, you can Ask Eve on nurse@eveappeal.org.uk or 0808 802 0019.
