I just want to share my experience here publicly of working with this man. Hamza Tzortzis is one of the most inspiring people I have had the honour of hosting on a Freshly Grounded stage. His character, easy-going-ness (not a real word) and manners have been impeccable 100% of the time I’ve been around him. On the tour he made sure to give every staff member that greeted him a huge smile and genuine interest in who they are and what they do. I have never heard him complain, despite the long travels of the tour, as well as the fact that he was technically on a vacation at the time. He talks not of his own accomplishments or talents but always raises others, compliments a lot and overlooks shortcomings. He is also not afraid to advise, and when he does, it comes with wisdom, good character and a smile. You won’t last 5 minutes in a conversation with Hamza without either laughing or crying. Laughing due to his sense of humour and the crying would be Hamza, due to his empathy. He asks for nothing, refuses to accept even a thank you. A true example of good character, leadership and a mentor to many. May Allāh forgive any of his shortcomings and reward him for his efforts

Amazing lecture so far, Allahumma barik. Always a pleasure to hear Hamza speak!Just a quick clarification, was Hamza RA not killed in Badr? And did the Muslims not win the battle of Badr?

The muslims were victorious in Badr, however Allah decreed they would lose the battle at Uhud.

@@Basimsulaiman uhd is referred to by Muslim historians as a museeba as mentioned in the Qur'an i.e a calamity. Neither a loss or win

@@oayysz8909 Ya, That was a Museeba. But, After A March Against Quraishi, Islam Got Victory over them even Islam Have big loss in Number of Soldiers. Azvathu hunain also a museeba, that also said in quran shareef especially with uhd. But Islam Won in Hunain with help of Soldiers of Allah(Malayikath). The Islamic Historians said that Islam Won in All Jihads which Islam did. If you have any confusions,You can Check 'Kasasu Nabiyyeen' (Juzu Kasasu Muhammed(pbuh))of Abu Hasan Ali hasan al-Nadwi (An Indian Scholar)

@@Basimsulaiman no worries seems there's difference of opinion from a quick read. Some said victory, some loss and some just stick to the term museeba for battle of uhd 👍
