I've got that same setup from GN1 performance. Cold case dual fan kit. I didn't have any problem putting it in except for the rjc upper radiator chrome cover. I had to modify that.

So I'm in the middle of this same install right now, and SO FAR, all I've needed to do was trim the lower bushings (extending the groove to the whole length}, fold the sheet metal by the hood latch, and remove the bracket on the AC lines (somewhat useless..since they are hard lines anyway...). After doing all of this, the radiator fits nicely, and the stock trans cooler lines fit well. I haven't gotten to putting the fan back on, but so far, it hasn't been too terrible. I was reading reviews and watched your video, so I also made some videos of my own I'll be uploading, hopefully helping anyone else who might be doing the same upgrade. Nice car by the way! I have an 87, 23k original miles... though...that's why I did this upgrade..the original radiator rotted out.

Make sure you use concentrated antifreeze mix with distilled water that’s important.

That really slows the job . Good luck with getting everything you need. That's why I didn't go aftermarket with my TR. Had the original rebuilt with a larger core. What do you do with the oil cooler lines? The aftermarket rads have no fittings for them.
