The 31/1/2011 the offered me to replace the product.
16-Feb-2011 UPDATE: This was the solution that NAVIGON promised me after sending two times my GPS to their technical support and not getting it fixed:
"We can offer you a new 70 Premium device as a replacement for your 8410 device"
Today I got the package... with my OLD AND BROKEN 8410 BACK!!!
Why am I doing this? Because I am really tired of companies treating us like stupids and playing with our money and time.
