I previously mentioned that I was raising meatbirds in a "recent" blog post. This is what the chicks ended up being at about 8 weeks. I had never processed a chicken prior to this video, so do be patient with me if I made any novice mistakes. This video does have some blood in it, though I do not show the act of killing, I do allow you to hear the noise to show how quick and human it was. I am thankful for the animals which feed me and my family. They deserve ample amounts of respect in life and in death.
