We need more people like this. This kid is here and all he can think of is how to help his family back home and his community. God bless him and I will be spreading his video hopefully it will help someone.

I first heard about Kelvin on the radio in Paris. It made me go look for this video. I'm happy to have heard his voice, his dreams, his hopes, his ideas, his discoveries. Kelvin and the Innovate Salone project are a symbol of hope for kids in difficult communities around the world. Myself, I am Venezuelan and we need projects like these to inspire kids so that they build a safer country instead going into a life of crime. I want to help you.

This video is so inspirational. Just think the power we have if we use it. Best part for me was when he said he was going to take what he learned and teach his friends, collegues and loved ones. This boy is not only talented but has a right heart. God always blessed those with a right heart. Thank you THNKR staff too: you will be movers and shakers in helping young kids/young adults become who they are truly called to be and not what circumstances adn life might try to tell them. Proud smile!

Truly phenomenal....he is an incredible example of how youth and innovation will change communities and solve everyday problems in the world. With encouragement and support, mentors and advice, and collaboration between NGOs, the private sector, and the government, we can encourage more young people to innovate.

Brilliant! It goes to prove Necessity is the Mother of Invention. To inspire more youth in the community let it be necessary...this spawns creativity. What a beautiful gift. I have watched children who have too much- in comparison to children who have too little. Most times it is those who have little who create the most.

Kelvin Doe story is wonderful to hear about. His story also reveals an insight into his character as a person. His love of family and community shows mature and giving character and gets back a happiness that nurtures him. He has found joy in curiosity and learning and love with the sharing of it with others. With these reasons as motivation, I am sure he will enjoy a happy and fulfilling life.

Awesome!! That is So cool! My son is younger and he has built things that work with a battery source but I do not know if he has created his own power source as you did here. Thank you for showing what can be done with some time, and determination. Those we have, we do not have a lot of spare parts like you used here, but maybe I could help him find more stuff to take apart. My son's name is Paig. We are in Western NY State. Kelvin's other vid cleared over 1 Million views! Keep on creating!

Teach the children how to focus their electro-magnetic energy using the internal energy centers in their bodies to access the world grid of information so that the data becomes available to them innately. All esoteric knowledge is viable to some degree but you must weed through it to find the right path to savant and then if they succeed they can share it with the rest of us so that those who are in tune can follow the example. I've learned so much from this video alone outside of my own studies

Kids could start talking about ideas on Facebook and start sharing this video. They can make their own short videos and share. Kids should show this video to their parents. Parents could get kids started on this at a young age. Kids could find stuff to build with like Kelvin did instead of just playing video games. They can still play video games, but a few kids can just get started and do something productive. Comments from Central Middle School 3rd hour science.
