This was like the 3rd video I watched and I was struggling to understand the differences and this really clarified it. Thank you so much!

I am in the middle of designing my team startup structure right now and your video has been of great help. I would love to see a more detailed analysis of all the 3 job roles here as you have taken a design approach .

Great video! An idea: It would be great if you can explain the difference in the work routine/day-a-day of each one :)

hi!! thank you for your video, i think it was very clear and it helped me a lot to understand what the heck i'm doing 😂 since i started as a fashion designer, but then i became sort of a "(physical) product developer" as it is the title of my job, and i've been looking for some thing that completes my studies in marketing too, but i never understood where should i start cause mostly everything i see is about digital experiences, which is not my cup of tea, but you made a point on physical products and interactions and i think that is the right path for me... but istg it's so difficult to find studies related to that, i am concerned in whether i should take ui, ux, cx and service design as a "chain of studies" or should i go directly to cx. do you think it's necessary to go through all of these ones? i've been designing tangible products for almost a decade and the analysis that comes with it is what i really enjoy, the face to face interaction and experience... or maybe the trend is that those situations with the final client are gonna dissappear?? thank you so much!

Hmm, I think I'm the product designer and product marketer. But I also do a lot of CX stuff. I guess some roles just have a lot of crossover - and I guess this happens in start up land too

This goes against other definitions of Service Design and Customer Experience Design...what make's this interpretation the benchmark
@relabstudios

The benchmark is your own understanding towards the challenge and how you use the tools or methodology to solve the problem… whether it be a “service” or a “customer experience” does not matter as much at the end because you are - first and foremost - a creative problem solver

what happens when every designer on earth starts benchmarking off their own understanding. This kinda adds to the misalignment...even a creative problem solver must be able to work within a established/aligned set of principles, I guess that's why I was having a hard time understanding this interpretation...despite being a creative problem solver...@@relabstudios

CX is a culture or mindset similar to sustainability and inclusion. This is more strategy than design. Service Design sits in the middle of CX and UX as it maps the front and back end. It uncovers opertunity for innovation and risks. UX deals with designing digital touchpoints and information architecture only for the digital aspect of the overall journey. This video will confuse persons who don't know what this is really about.
