I took professor Caplan's class on economics of labor at George Mason and feel very fortunate to have had that opportunity. Great professor. Thank you!

The human species started in poverty. That seems to have escaped a lot of attention.

This guy’s policy against poverty is “economic freedom” so that transnational companies can take over 3rd World economies and maintain capital flowing to Developed countries and leaving the 3rd World.

Most international economic activity is between developed counties by massive multiples. By the exploitation theory, they are exploiting each other.

This guy is awful. He's for open borders and doesn't really understand what socialism is. He's an elitist as well.

Yup! Just another professor who wants to be a cool guy and be self-righteous and appear compassionate about every problem in society. No clue about the reality of it all. I lived in a car for 2 months with a baby. I eventually pulled myself out of that level of poverty because I refused to live like that. More people would be able to do that if they stopped blaming others and took that responsibility upon themselves for their own lives.

@@pegatheetoo1437 it seems bizarre to claim he's not blaming poor people given how much time he's taking to say don't overly focus on the section where he's blaming poor people. I have doubts about several of the claims, but this attack seems absurd.
