Huge sessions! Love you asking Lionel about the KOM. Pretty sure this is the KOM that started the competition between Lionel and Sam a few years back 😂 And Lionel’s very clear response that he has the KOM 😂

Lol. To quote Lionel, “You poke the lion, the lion gets pissed off.” Nothing fuels competition like some fury!

Mt Lemmon is a great ride. I'll leave my house in Gilbert at 2am to get down to the area and ready by 5am (Brueger's Bagels opens up at 5:30am) Perfect morning breakfast for a 7am trip up the mountain.

You know you have spare power when you want a bigger chainring! Some of us beginners just freewheel it to save energy for the climbs😅

Why are you guys riding road bikes? The last time I checked, you guys race on TT bikes. With a race in the next 7 days, you should be training every day on your TT bikes. It's a waisted opportunity to to train on your road bikes as you will never be in your road bike position in an actual race. To me, it's equivalent to training by fueling with with pasta and potatoes, but on race day you fuel with power gels and power bars because it's faster and lighter. Yes a waisted opportunity to train your gut with the actual fuel you will use on race day.

Lol chill out dude. I ride my road bike quite often. Absolutely terrible to train in the same position & equipment 24/7
