This is a testament to hard working immigrants making a scaled/ disproportionately positive impact in Australia. It makes me proud to be an Australian and inspired to create a culture of tolerance and love.

As I keep watching, it's really sad to see Australia did not embrace this brilliant man but rather alienated him. Up and coming young neurosurgeon here have so much to learn from him. To me he seemed like a great man

What a wonderful human being....confident without arrogance, honest and straightforward...caring for his patients...dr Charlie, thank you for being yourself and for being brave enough to stand for what you believe in, even if you stand alone....you are one of the greatest blessings in this fake and plastic world of medicine.

The more I listen to this brain Surgeon, the more am drawn to him, despite the mainstream tries to get him silenced and destroyed! He is real, witty, and could be all too human like all of us! He's speaking out bout the bureaucracy and politics of the hospitals and old establishments likening them to d___ sucking, the behavior permeating the organizational culture and demoralizing to the human spirit! His bluntness resonates with those who stand up for doing the right things, and are being bullied by their own fraternity! He's fed up with the status quo and breaking out from being voiceless, comparable to the tumors he helps to remove his whole life, never easy but worthy every ounce of one's might!

Yes, Australia is definitely THE land of tall poppies. It doesn't have to be medicine, it could be anything and everything else. The only way to come out on top is to be on top. So the detractors can continue to stay in the shadows and not have any attention rendered to them which they crave so much for. We Asians, especially Chinese, don't have a large population comparatively speaking in Australia, but we punch far beyond our weight, will continue to make a mark in the Australian society, in every field of endeavour. In the arts and sciences, industries, politics, education and finance and medicine, we shall have representation.

Most Australian Neurosurgeons (that is properly qualified specialists in the field of brain surgery) think Dr Teo is not a nice person or a moral surgeon.
