To all the atheist evolutionists: If God didn't create DNA, which came 1st, the DNA or the protein? The protein that reads the DNA is itself coded for BY the DNA. So, the protein couldn't be there 1st since its code/order is contained in the DNA that it decodes. A protein would have had to decode ITSELF BEFORE IT COULD EXIST. How does that work? Without the protein there 1st, the DNA would never be read & the protein would never be made. The DNA couldn't have been there first since DNA is made & maintained by the proteins of the cell. They had to have been created at the same time. God did that, evolution could never have done that. Provide evidence that information has been added to the genome of humans and animals. How did that point of singularity become unstable, to trigger a Big Bang? Where did the laws of physics come from to cause the Big Bang? Explain how non-life created life. Give one example. How did everything come from nothing? Explain how a non-human's DNA, gained DNA information to create a human with 3 billion base pairs, all left-handed. According to evolutionists, a male human travelled across perhaps a great part of the Earth's 24,902 miles and found an exact same human wandering the earth! Except, this human is a female with sexual organs that match the male's sexual organs PERFECTLY for reproduction! Wow! Evolutionary random chance is really something! Since a human can survive without a reproductive organ why did evolution produce it? Why wasn't it discarded over time since it wasn't necessary for that human's life? What are the chances that this perfect sexual match came about by a mindless force and random chance? Anyone would have to be insane to believe this could have happened by chance. Of course, the alternative is believing that God exists therefore making one accountable for their actions. But this would leave atheists uncomfortable with their lifestyle of sin. Fairy tales ease the worries. Wake up, Hell has no exits.

Why can't theists stay on topic? The video's topic is evolution, yet the theist speaker mentions a lot of *straw man* arguments like the Miller experiments (which relate to abiogenesis, a completely separate topic from evolution). The topic is evolution yet here you are claiming a god exists. With evolution I can point you to ~340 peer-reviewed scientific papers proving evolution is fact. These papers are all linked in the references section of the "evolution" article of Wikipedia. Easy to find. With god can you name one single piece of evidence that a god exists? If not, we have _zero_ reasons to believe it's true.

@@michaelcarey299 Well evidence is our only reliable path to knowledge of truth. So because we DO have conclusive evidence evolution is true we should believe it's true, and because we DO NOT have evidence of god we shouldn't believe that's true. (Which isn't the same as believing god doesn't exist.) One idea is rationally justified. The other isn't. Yet theists believe in the wrong idea and deny the true idea, and eagerly distract off topic (when the topic is evolution and they're confronted by the evidence, they switch topics; when the topic is god and they're asked for evidence, they switch topics). It's not complicated. One idea we know is true (evolution). The other idea we don't know is true ('god exists'). We should believe the idea we know is true and NOT believe the one we don't know.

I’ve recently been born again as of Nov. 2018. I always believed in God and became a lukewarm Christian over time. I did shrooms, drank, but mostly smoked pot everyday. I look back and can’t believe how patient Jesus has been waiting for me (I’m 38). I have been saved by an angel or Jesus (not sure at the time) at least twice, but possibly 3 times. A voice told me to let off the gas pedal when I was going through an intersection, as soon as I did, a truck blew a stop sign that would have killed me. I also fell asleep at the wheel another time and WOKE up while driving sitting upright and very much positioned like a robot. I ended up on the other side of town somehow! Fell into a pool’s deep end as a child, somehow my mother knew to check on me and pulled me out. I had another experience where I was praying for a relative that was brutally murdered and burned alive years prior. I was HIT like a sledgehammer with unexplainable peace and joy. Instantly tears poured out of my eyes and I had the breath sucked out of me, totally winded. It was like I was experiencing the joy of heaven but my human body could not handle it! I also experienced an interaction with several demons in the basement of a psychic lady’s house who summoned them and spoke to them nightly. The fear and anger I felt as their eyes pierced my soul was like nothing of this earth......,over and over and over Jesus was calling me!!! I was too much of a fool to notice, even though I believed in Him! In November of 2018, after a minor argument with my fiancée, I heard a demon’s voice talk to me telepathically in my mind- “I hate you, I’ll kill you and tear your family apart.” With the most conviction in my soul I commanded that thing to leave my house in the name of Jesus Christ. Every room in the house I yelled at it. I felt our Lord blast through my house and beat those things down! Whoosh gone! I prayed and thanked him and repented for allowing them to get close to me. He talked to me telepathically asking me questions and made me feel the guilt of my sins. Lots of information as a sort of psychic download into my heart and mind simultaneously. Question 1: “After all I’ve done for you, what have you done for Me, and others?” Question 2: “Am I NOT enough for you?” Then, the weight of my sins lifted, it was incredible. Since that moment, I’ve had no desire to drink, smoke, blaspheme, masterbate, be angry, stressed out or sin at all. Wanting to share love with no other possible explanation. I notice the tiniest signs he puts in my path....I see them right away and chuckle, seeing He really does work in mysterious ways. I fully understand how to have a relationship with him and not need to physically see or hear our relationship. He is incredible people! Let him into your heart! I had felt in my soul the the extremes of joy and sorrow in my soul, through just some of my life experiences..... Feeling the presence of God and Satan deep inside through strange encounters. For that, I am blessed to KNOW Christianity is the truth, yet I STILL tried to not fully commit. He wants us all to repent and accept Him. He actually told me this! Don’t think you can sin all your life and God will be OK with it. He really will reward you if you follow with all your heart!!

One thing evolutionists can never explain is by what mechanism or procedure do creatures morph themselves into a beneficial change? For instance, the peppered moth. How does it (it actually is just another variation of the species) go about adjusting to its background? Does it "think" it's way into a darkening of the wings? How does it know that it stands a better chance of survival if it were to somehow camouflage itself? What are the physiological principals behind the change? And how does this translate genetically into incremental change in the species? Evolution is full of theory and absolutely devoid of science.

He is saying that if an intelligent designer has something that works he will use it in multiple ways. Similarity of form and function can point to a designer just as easily or perhaps more so than it can point to a common ancestor. It's just that someone who has decided already that evolution is a fact ignores the other possibility. DNA is a code just like a computer language and by manipulating the code you alter the outcome, but there are many similarities across computer programs because it's based on the same code, and some of the desired outcomes are the same.
@jamestor6700

as someone who knows a thing or two about computer language its a gross simplification to DNA, DNA has many functions and all computer language is code that is transferred to make it more understandable for someone to create a program for example. computer language isn't the code itself, the code is just a bunch of 0's and 1's and the language changes it for us to read it as a word. computer code is just numbers which are pure binary(base 2), DNA is on Base 4 and is not pure binary. What evidence proves god exists? What evidence proves evolution is impossible without god? Evolution is pure logic: if you have offspring whose mutations cause traits that influence whether an organism survives or not, then logically bad traits won't survive to produce offspring of their own and good traits will be _more likely_ to survive to produce offspring of their own, and if you agree that DNA is inherited from parents (apart from the mutations) then then only logical conclusion is evolution happens. That's why there are ~340 peer-reviewed scientific papers worth of evidence (a mountain of evidence!) in the references section of the "evolution" article of Wikipedia, and these are only a small portion of the total evidence proving the idea is true.

At the moment the universe appeared Nick, 4 laws appeared at exactly the same time - strong nuclear force, weak nuclear force, electro magnetism and gravity. These laws appeared in the blink of an eye and began to govern the universe. They still do. Where did they come from? You have a Creator.,,,,,, So tomorrow night when you watch the evening news and you see the planet's eco system being pushed beyond its ability to cope, coming apart at the seams, weather patterns fluctuating wildly, the increase in. earthquakes, animal and plant species becoming extinct at an unprecedented rate, the oceans choking in plastics even in remote south Pacific regions, when you see the worlds "lungs" the rain forests being sold off to the highest bidder by useless weak greedy governments, pillaged and decimated for such useless commodities as palm oil, with no thought for its preservation, then reflect. When on a social level you see human hatred for fellow humans increasing everywhere you look, from children who have already learned by their parents to hate all the people their parents hate, to youths who grow up on a diet of junk food, junk music heavily laced with negative messages of killing and revenge, of drugs and death and sex, and blood and death and money and cars and notoriety and infamy, and while the youths listen to it on their headphones, nodding like dogs, they soak up pornography and play non stop violent shoot.' em up games while deep inside they are left feeling angry, empty and indifferent about themselves and others, while the adults struggle with self worth and struggle with undiagnosed depression, and nicotine and alcohol/drug addiction, mental and emotional problems from marital breakdowns and growing up in dysfunctional families where love was almost unknown and where money doesn't fix it or make it better. And when you see violence and lawlessness running wild, rape, incest, sex slaves, people trafficking, paedophilia, total random acts of senseless violence, racism, sectarianism, growing nationalism, political hate fueled extremist groups, hate filled eco warrior groups, escalating debased organized crime syndicates, corrupt governments of all persuasions, an aging population, a growing global population, of disease, a world full of war and wars and wars supposedly to end war, and political coups, global terrorism, religious extremist murderous extremists etc etc etc. When you see these things Nick - and you will for they are with us every day - then know that a book foretold thousands of years ago exactly in great detail the sort of global society described above. It said that this generation - the one you happen to have been born in - will be the very last one before your Creator does something that had been in the making for thousands of years..... Imagine you had built a beautiful house with lush green gardens, fruit orchards and a boating pool etc, and everything needed in order to be happy, and out of the kindness of your heart you gave it to some people who promised to look after it for you, only as soon as they obtained it, they trashed it, smashed the windows, chopped the orchards down, burned the gardens and filled the lake with oil and chemicals. So you write to them telling them to have a change of heart or you would have to evict them. But they laugh and simply ignore you, and convince themselves and those that would listen that you don't even exist. What would you do Nick? You would have to evict them in the end - and that is exactly what your Creator is poised to do as we speak. And you might say "But there have always been wars and violence and hatred and human suffering and earthquakes etc. But there is one fact that always seems to escape peoples notice. You see, as part of this composit sign, one of the signs that would prick up the ears of those in the know, is that a global campaign would be undertaken by one group of people who would dedicate their lives to warn as many people as possible about the mortal danger they're in. They have sounded that warning for over a hundred years without letup. They knock on your door, they stand on street corners the world over trying to help people understand exactly where they stand in the stream of time. So extensive is their efforts to help their fellow man that their website is translated into more languages than any other in the entire global internet. Time is short. Deteriorating world conditions and reliable Bible prophecy confirm this. Once your Creator, Jehovah God moves to act, it will be too late. For more information please go to JW.ORG

Religion on the whole(not all but certainly the big 3 ) has been the most Homicidal concept ever introduced to humanity.Science simply states "we don't know" a much more humble response. Religion on the other hand pits human against human " my god" not yours. "god" doesn't like "fags" "god" doesnt like premarital sex. "god" doesn't want you to eat shrimp. What if there is no "mystery" we make our own reason for being? How about just being the best person you can because it feels better. I don't need a "god" to make me do good things. I do it because its the right thing do do. As my ancient predecessors found out most likely when a tribe member that was the main hunter was murdered by another tribe member thus food got scarce ...you can bet the remaining tribe members were pretty pissed off at the murderer and may have in turn killed him. So in time we learned that killing is bad and so and so on.NO "god" necessary. Right from wrong is an EVOLUTIONARY process.

1) Urey-Miller did not purport to show the origin of life, rather that organic chemicals could be produced inorganically. 2)He dismisses the tree of life saying "the major groups of animals appeared at the same time." Could he be talking about the the Great Cambrian Investigation? I love the Cambrian Explosion. It demonstrates evolution's power better than any other period. The advent of "Hard bits" was such a phenomenal advantage giver that virtually all offspring possessing this capability were guaranteed survival. There were no problems for the 3 headed monsters, or the gnarled & twisted of limb, torso or jaw. So long as there was room to evade better equipped attackers, successful breeding of virtually every sort of variation was assured. Events like that are rare. 3) But to say the fossil record does not support evolution is absurd to the highest degree since it is that very problem of the order of the fossils in the geological column that Darwin's Theory of Evolution is explaining. 4) I'm glad he at least tries to claim the similarities could result from either common designer or common descent rather than saying that they can only come from a common designer. He still has much to learn. 5) If you listen carefully to what he say from 2:00 to 2:30 you will notice that he is saying that archaeopteryx is a feather winged reptile but somehow not a transitional. Selecting an example which doesn't show evolution from the hundreds of thousands of evolution experiments is nothing but deceptive reporting. "In the Cambrian we can see animals that are just like modern animals" This is not an argument against evolution. Why does he not mention that there are no tetrapods of any kind in the Cambrian era? Why does he say we find animals in the Cambrian that are just like modern vertebrates when there are not? Because he is dishonest and a liar. He seems to be under the mistaken impression that gestational timing signals that regulate the development of multicellular organisms does not come from the DNA. He should go learn some biology from someone who knows the subject. DNA is much more than just a parts list. How utterly inane (stupid really) to be so unnecessarily clueless. Well, at least he's smart enough not to deny all possibility of beneficial mutations. If only he wasn't so abominably ignorant of what can result from mutations alone. It's sad really. "only 3 possible outcomes" It's getting hard to restrain myself from lashing out at this level of prideful dishonesty and ignorance. It is criminally irresponsible to disseminate so much misinformation and carry on as though it were unquestionable fact. He should be arrested and jailed for abuse of free speech. a horsefly or a horse? Does this fuckwad not understand the first thing about evolution? Mutations are all vetted as to whether they prevent the individual from surviving or not. Beneficial mutations are rare. Hence change is VERY slow, not "we don't get a horsefly in one lifetime so evolution is false" That's pure BS. Lastly, Tetrapods did not evolve from Arthropods. Jeez, what a moron. You'd expect both evolution and a designer to not toss out working templates should you not? But should you expect an intelligent designer to also copy broken templates (and to also do so in strict adherence to a nested hierarchy) - having unbroken ones in some branches while keeping the broken ones strictly within the same branch? Mindless evolution has no other option than this whereas an intelligent designer would have to deliberately restrict his ingenuity to lineage exclusive paths. There are wonderful abilities of various species that are confined to those species. Why can't you regrow a limb like salamanders do? Why do most animals make their own vitamin C but humans do not? Darwin's Theory of Evolution answers these questions. Tells you how it happened. "God did it" explains nothing. It's just an empty assertion. Evolution depends on three things: 1. Initial genetic variation & the production of new alleles via mutations/errors in meiosis 2. The heritability of those genetic changes 3. The influence of those new alleles on the fitness of the organism - i.e. whether or not they increase its ability to successfully reproduce. Are there any of the above that don't happen? Is there anything that would eliminate the better mutations so as to prevent their accumulating. Is there anything in any cell or fertilized egg which is so immutable that it could enforce restraining the species from evolving despite the constant accumulation of changes to the DNA? Does he ever mention the nested hierarchy? No. Why? Is it ignorance or dishonesty. You decide.

As i recall from high school physics, entropy increases _unless energy is added to the system_ For example, molecules of air spread evenly throughout a room, but you can use a pump to put most of the molecules into a small tank. The pump uses energy to do this, so energy is added to the system. Similarly, the sun adds energy to the earth, so entropy doesnt have to increase on the earth. Am i missing something here?

This is best done one bloody chunk at a time. First..."...Except that Evolution occupies the "only game in town" territory. Even if you accept Sir Fred Hoyle's Panspermia ~Life From Space!~, you still have attenuated evolution to explain...". Well actually, the claim that it is the only game in town is simply a demonstration of a lack of imagination on your part ending in an argument from ignorance and incredulity. ANY accepted scientific theory is seen by science as ‘the only game in town’…. BUT ONLY until someone comes along with a new hypothesis which has passed the rigorous testing process of the scientific method and is peer reviewed, proved and pulled apart until it eventually supersedes the incumbent theory and itself becomes the CURRENT picture of that part of the human model of the universe that it occupies. Basically, what you are saying amounts to 'Outside of the Theory of Evolution, I cannot think of any other creation ideas... therefore god'. Eternal universe, multiverse intersection, super advanced universe creating pixies... I'm not even joking! You see in order for you to put supernatural divine intervention as an alternative for abiogenesis and evolution, you first have to show your workings and prove the actual existence of your cited creator. You have to prove that god actually exists before you can use her as the alleged mechanism of your bold ass assertion. What you are doing at the moment is saying in essence, "... God obviously created (the universe and) life, therefore god exists...", and in doing so you disappear right up your own argument in a puff of illogical circular argument. Without the requirement for the accepted evidence of the existence of the mechanism of your creation theory, my suggestion of eternal universe creating pixies is completely equally as valid as your claim of a maximally potent life creating sky daddy. As far as your 'Jerry Coyle' thesis is concerned, what a load of utter crap! You cite one allegedly bad-tempered author who you claim uses ad hominem as a defence, a claim I don't dispute as I and several colleagues who I have just asked don't know him or his work but have simply heard of him somewhere but can't say when or where, and then you use that single example to dispute the age-old truth that science loves to be proved wrong. Your citation of this fellow Coyle and the subsequent claim that because he is an alleged grumpypants that science, therefore, hates a theory to be debunked is a poor joke with so much evidence to the contrary that I genuinely don't feel the need to defend it at all and I am happy and willing to allow future readers of this piece to themselves judge your level of general ignorance about science in general that your comment and conclusions demonstrate. Finally, let's look closely at your last little gem... "... Scientists only accept criticism of evolution from within the citadel...". Firstly, on this one I say... yes! you are absolutely correct in essence. Science does indeed only accept criticism as valid IF theory is contested with a counter-hypothesis drawn from the same rigorous scientific methodology that the correct application of the scientific method demands. A hypothesis is a suggested explanation that is testable, falsifiable and repeatable. It must be testable and have a measurable result to see if the hypothesis can be supported. If the hypothesis is not supported or shown to be false, then the hypothesis will need to be modified. In addition, the hypothesis must be able to be repeated by others in order to be validated. What this means in plain language is that theists often get their knickers in a twist when unsupported, unsubstantiated, bold-ass assertions, which are wholly and completely believed by them through nothing but the vaporous mechanism used by theists to justify their belief in something for which there is zero evidence, faith, are thrown out with utter contempt by the scientific community as well as the right thinking wider world in general. The words "...Scientists only accept criticism of evolution from within the citadel..." demonstrates this arrogant ignorance to perfection, so thank you for that.

I like how he specified that the mechanism required to attain a new species from another is nonexistent and has never been observed or created in lab. I will stress that Cambrian rock is extremely important, for it does indeed show that all modern matured complexities of life existed, and shows no signs of Darwin's "mechanism." However, I am surprised that thermodynamics wasn't mentioned. According to basic physics, specifically the Second Law of Thermodynamics, it is the natural tendency of all systems to break down over time - this is an oversimplified definition of what is termed "entropy," a measure of disorder in the universe. Darwin's evolutionary mechanism, aka macroevolution, violates the second law (entropy.) Basically, you cannot attain a higher order from a lower order without an INPUT of energy, and on top that, the input energy must be ordered...that means it has to be designed a certain way, like a machine, for example. Some examples of entropic systems are convection and friction. Think about heat. Heat is the energy of transfer. Something hot will always move to something that is less hot. In order to completely reverse this process of disorder, we invented the air conditioner. We designed a way to input ordered energy into a system faster than the system could dissipate it. Here is entropy in a nutshell: Take a salt shaker and pepper shaker and mix them in a bowl. Takes all of thirty seconds. How long would it take to separate the grains back to their respective shakers? And in the middle of all of this, add other spices into the mix (that did not exist prior to the separation of the salt and pepper) to be perfectly integrated into the salt and pepper shakers such that each one receives a calculated amount...if all of this could magically happen on its own, THAT would be evolution, and thermodynamics would be screwed. In point of fact, ALL conservation would be screwed. :)
@stevencanzonetta1971

The laws of thermodynamics relate to the conservation of energy in closed systems. The Earth isn't closed off from outside energy. The sun is constantly fueling the systems that drive evolution. It in no way breaks the 2nd law of thermodynamics. If the sun suddenly turned off. These systems would stop almost immediately. By the way, do you know the 1st and 3rd laws of thermodynamics?!
@jamesfernandez5121

@@stevencanzonetta1971 Entropy applies to all systems, including the system of the universe and thus everything in it. According to physics, specifically thermodynamics, something greater cannot come from something lesser. Example: Will your vehicle get newer over time? Entropy is both a measure of disorder in a system and a measure of disorder in the universe. I don't know the status of your prowess in physics, but I can provide references, such as Dr. Kent Scheller. If you google him he is the first result. Also, there is no such thing as a truly closed system. The term "closed" simply refers to applications where matter is not being transferred. As an example of this, I can construct a container which will keep any material you place into it hot or cold (whatever temp it was at when sealed). It will maintain that temperature for a very long time - years upon years. However, it will not maintain that temperature indefinitely. Can you explain why? (It does involve heat transfer.) Anyways, in all systems, whether closed or not, the total energy will always be conserved. Entropy simply allows them to break down into different forms, while still maintaining that total. You say that energy from the sun fuels evolution. How? Without a specific engine for this? Not only does Cambrian rock show us that not one single life form among the taxonomic ranks crossed paths with other ranks, but it also shows us that life just simply WAS THERE. Nonexistent one day; here the next. Take the pterodactyl: nothing of its kind preceded it; nothing of its kind came after it. It was here, and then it was gone. To this day, there are NO fossils evidencing any sort of Darwinistic leap from one tax rank to another. A feline has never become a canine, and never will. A shark has never become a fish, and never will. Humans were never primates, and never will be. :)

@@jamesfernandez5121 the mechanism for speciation has been observed. Humans have been using it for thousands of years. The dairy cow didn't exist in the wild. Humans domesticated the aurox. Selectively mated ones with traits that suited our need for a sustainable food supply. Thousands of generations later the aurox is extinct, and a new species, cows, has arisen. We've also done this with wolves. And created our own best friends... dogs. Not to mention all the plant species we've cultivated and altered to suit our needs. Evolution doesn't state that one species will suddenly spring into existence. If one species suddenly gave birth to an entirely different species in a single generation, you would actually destroy all evolutionary science in an instant. It's that ridiculous "crocoduck" arguement. The lack of a "crocoduck" doesn't disprove evolution, it actually supports it. Finding such a creature would actually disprove evolution. Not only have we created new species by manipulating variations in a group of animals, there are many examples of species in the process of splitting apart right now. Breed a horse and a donkey, you'll get a Mule. But mules are infertile. They cannot procreate. In a few hundred generations horses and donkeys will be to genetically diverse to produce mules any more. The observable evidence is overwhelming. Second, the cambrian explosion didn't happen overnight. It took millions of years for simple photosynthetic algea to produce enough oxygen for larger plants complex animals to develop. Oxygen is more efficient at metabolizing than CO2. Thus animals having the means to exploit new ecosystems and environments did so very rapidly. Simple life had already existed for millions of years before that. Granted, in terms of evolutionary time scales it was virtually "overnight." But we are still in the range of tens of thousands of years. The 2nd rule of thermodynamics literally states in the first sentence "in a closed system." Everything moves towards entropy. The earth is a complex biosphere of ecosystems feeding and driving each other. The only way to close the system is to turn the sun off suddenly. If it did the entirety of this world would rapidly move towards entropy. Thus obeying the law of thermodynamics. Last, biodiversity doesn't magically happen on its own as intelligent design proponents claim. It's guided and pushed by ever changing environmental conditions. Look at the complexity of the universe. It all spawned from one single simple element, hydrogen. Is a self replicating single celled organism capable of changing with its ever changing environment, and able to exploit new ecosystems so impossible to imagine?! Our genome tells us we evolved from simple life into psychotic semi hairless great apes. Last consider this, Darwin never even suggested how or who started life. He only cataloged the wide range of diversity among all species, and gave the mist reasonable explanation of how they came to be. He was going to go to seminary and become a preacher if Oxford had denied him. I guess God had other plans for Ole' Charley.

Your understanding of thermodynamic is comic book level of understanding. I can't really correct your conception of it inn one paragraph! But I'll try to give you a taste. BTW, before went to medical school and practiced medicine for 45 years, I got my undergraduate degree in physical chemistry at the university of California. P Chem is basically thermodynamics. So... You have the basic idea right, about the flow of entropy. What you don't get is this -- it refers to OVERALL entropy of a closed system. From the Big Bang to the heat death of the universe entropy rises, overall. But BETWEEN those two points the line is not a straight line pointing steadily upward. It wanders, with up and down blips. But, overall, it trends upward. The downward tics are stretches of transient decreasing entropy, which require energy input to occur, and the longer they are the less likely they become. But if it were not for these brief entropy wells, nothing would ever happen. The evolution of the cosmos would be a boring process of decay, the universe winding down to heat death. No stars, no black holes, no Pillars of Creation, no horsehead nebula, no earth, no ski boats, no footballs, no beer, no you. Using you as an example, the creation of you is an obvious entropy anomaly, requiring a transient decrease. But that's an erroneous way of thinking of it. You are an "entropy mill", a complex structure which exists solely to process information and reconfigure it into a higher overall entropy state (I'm using the "entropy as the "reciprocal of information" conceptualization here). That is why we have to die. All that temporary high level organization and information has to be dismantled after it has done its job. But in your short term of uber - organization, you have disorganized a lot of shit, far more than what was required to make you. That's the drive - by explanation of a couple of the quirks of entropy. If you want a REAL understanding, you'll need to get a degree in physics.

Everyone creates his own "alternative facts" and plugs his ears to everything else. The Fermi Paradox "Great filter" is about to snare us. We now have the ability to end life on this planet, and we have too many people who know with certainty that their god has told them that their middle name is Noah, and it is his duty to bring God's wrath to his iniquitous people.

Your concepts of a Creator are typical of an atheist; no imagination, no complexity or depth of thought, and utterly devoid of anything resembling originality. As for the items you mention regarding the errancy of the Bible, keep in mind that it is an ancient text. I could answer to them, rebuke or debunk them, but suffice to say that none are of any real consequence. Among the surviving texts that we have from antiquity, the Bible is far and away the most accurate Tome extant, and I mean by far; roughly 99% in its accuracy, and that is agreed to by nearly all prominent scholars of historical writings and academics studying historicity, regardless of their personal beliefs. *Sacred Truth,* The evidence indicates evolution. ~340 peer-reviewed scientific papers can be found in the references section of the "evolution" article of Wikipedia. These papers are only a tiny fraction of the total evidence of evolution. So we've established evolution happens. We've also established macro-evolution happens with papers like (Dodd, 1989) showing speciation in fruit flies (and macro-evolution being defined as, _"Macroevolution is evolution on a scale at or above the level of species"_ ) If you want to move the goalpost and redefine macro evolution to evolution _above_ species, then by admitting "micro" happens but claiming "macro" doesn't happen, you're essentially claiming there's a *magical stopping point* for evolution. That claim needs evidence, because we haven't observed anything that would suggest evolution would just magically stop happening (accumulating beneficial traits) at some point.

+Michael Hogan Hello there Mister Hogan, The video of Wells is highly misleading about the laws of breeding: He started right out with a lie: Miller Urey was *NOT* about creating a lifeform - it was to show that anorganic molecules can form organic ones all by themselves - so that 1 prediction of the creationists is debunked. Creationists claimed anorganic stuff can't form organic molecules all by itself and miller urey showed creationists made a false prophecy. That was the whole experiment about - just showing that nature is forming compounds of life itself. Then he is dishonest about "the same time" claim as we can present with the fossil record that he is totally wrong. No modern blowhole variations BEFORE the nostril to blowhole migration: 2.bp.blogspot.com/_U49YqeDV4Es/Sfi-GtvR9lI/AAAAAAAAANA/npfNFnF_PAA/s400/3.bmp as example. We have _hundreds_ of modern whales today - thanks mankind didn't hunt them to extinction - not a single whale, where the blowhole is already on the top of the head is in the old fossil layers to find as the ancestors were land-living otterlike looking creatures adapting first to be seal-like and later dolphin and whale like in appearence. What he means is a half truth - all basic worm variations to fish forms were present at the cambrian *BUT NEITHER* complete fish nor insects, nor crabs, nor spiders in the current form existed anywhere. We have at that layer fossils of insect-like-worms, fish-like-worms, crab-like worms, spider-like worms... So all basic worm forms already existed to split apart into bone animals, insect animals etc. - some of them much much later. For the non-expert Well's talking sounds like there were ALREADY fully modern fish and insects for example - when there were only worms leading in their worm-formation towards the fish bodyform variation, like there were ALSO worms leading towards the spider bodyform - without any modern variations of any of those animals AT ALL- - only the worms leading towards them as ancestral base. For a layman/non-expert in the audience he even sounds like we would have deers and modern birds like a parrot or a whale with a modern blowhole of today already there instead of only worms leading towards future animal forms. This is beyond ridiculous. He also lied in 1: 35 that similarities COULD be legit. But it can't be similarities *NOT* because of the anatomy - *there he would be right* and his criticism would be legit, but by the repurpose of the FORMER FINS here human hands from fin base in the DNA itself: d2ufo47lrtsv5s.cloudfront.net/content/sci/338/6113/1476/F2.large.jpg There where it can't be "just" similarities. It can't be "either one" interpretation and Wells is dishonest to himself or human hands (and ape paws in general) wouldn't be fin degenerations GENETICALLY - observable and readable in the DNA as lobe fin repurpose, but ACTUAL similarities from DESIGN templates/blueprints - that would actually be readable as DNA creation from scratch NOT what we actually observe and read(!) - > Evolutive Repurpose of common descent and recycling of organs of the ancestral precursors incl. breeding record in the DNA. That is also why he is dishonest about the "same time" we have no whales with modern blowholes or flippers or actual human hands at the same time as the first cambrian fishworms lend to become fish variations. And we can demonstrate this by just looking at the fossils. 2: 32 is also a lie. Archeopteryx IS a missing link as mosaic form between dinosaurs and birds beside dozens of other toothed birds. Wells is here claiming an utterly false statement, which is explained by stated clearly recently, where also Ken Ham repeated the lie: kzitem.info/news/bejne/qJxtraKhpWarqI4 All birds are dinosaur variations OR their wings wouldn't be genetically re-purposed limbs like here a photo to see that recycling: ars.els-cdn.com/content/image/1-s2.0-S0012160616306005-gr4.jpg Like the human hands from fins recycling as example. Or the blowhole from nostril recycling would be DESIGN from blueprint to be hands or to be blowholes readable. In fact we can "de-breed" even chickens to get dino-legs again, just by switching on - the off-switched dinosaurian genes of birds *STILL* existing within birds: www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-3487977/Scientist-grow-dinosaur-leg-CHICKEN-bizarre-reverse-evolution-experiment.html Because you can just switch on the genes of the ancestry within the DNAbreeding record in each and every lifeform. When they wouldn't be there - Wells would have a very good argument there, too. But he has not. All his following statements are not true as well. Fruitflies will be in Evolution fruitfly variations of course! Not turning into something disconnected. Because Evolution does not make a fruitfly into a "NON-fruitfly" like a horse - it does not change an ape into a non-ape only because it is a chimpanzee, a gorilla or a human as ape variation. Like it will change no donkey, horse or zebra into a Non-Equus only because donkeys are called donkeys and horses are called horses- both together incapable of getting fertile offspring, anymore. It will took 4 comments to adress all the misconceptions he is spewing out. A spitting out half truth machinery. Typical crackpot talk - operating deceitful like the prince of lies in the bible again and again with every second sentence.

@@Angelmou I agree. Many who are the majority of intolerant people in mainstream society would call this man ignorant for what he believes - but he is assuredly a professor at Berkeley, so he is clearly worthy of that high honour. But evolution and biology are obviously not his strong points then. He refers to a common line of thought among creationists which is that natural selection can only happen within kinds, even though most taxonomists admit that the demarcation lines between kinds are often arbitrary. That and he forks the idea of a chain of being which has no basis in the natural world, let alone evolution. He latches on to scientific experiments concerning peppered moths and fruit flies, his debunking of which lacked substance and claims that the anarchoteryx was not a transitional fossil, even though it definitely is. He also claims that we have never seen animals evolve, ignoring modern laboratory experiments with microorganisms that have conclusively demonstrated this and also the wealth of evidence from the fossil record. He said that Darwin’s finches were ‘sort of in a range that swings back and forth’ and that Darwin believed evolution was like a branching tree by which he correctly identified the process of speciation and radiation from a common ancestor. However he either ignores or is patently unaware of the gigantic wealth of evidence that he did not mention. What of genetic studies proving evolution? What about all of the various types of fossils we have found that prove human evolution? Everything from Australopithecus Africanus to Homo Erectus, Homo Habilis and Homo Neanderthalis. Were they are just made up? Is the global scientific community, including religious people who believe in guided evolution, are they all lying? They would have to be in order for creationism to be true. Fossils, genes and laboratory experiments are not the only evidence for evolution. There is also evidence from behaviour and morphological similarities such as mentioned in the video, concerning body plans and other shared physiological traits.

In reality is the dove a pigeon bird (columbidae) clade and a bird anyway. So are all locusts orthoptera locusts and insects anyway. Creationists do not really care about what is true. Wells for example wants to put the already believing flock into a complete false sense of security to misguide them their kind ideas could have a safespace to exist. That is why he talks about that all bodyforms would have existed in the cambrian. This sounds in the ears of a believer as a "little owl kind" (Leviticus) a "bald locust kind" (Deuteronomy) and a "clean dove kind" (Genesis) within their holy scripture would have been present since they would have been poofed out from thin air etc. This is simply as untrue as it can get with just many words to actively confuse and deceive. I'd argue there are only believers and non believers. Non believers are so obsessed with proof and evidence they brush right over the design of faith being so eloquently intertwined into unfathomable complexities within all life on this planet... it becomes all the proof a believer will ever need and no matter how complicated a process a non believer employs to find their proof will always result in a philosophical requirement at the end of what they can prove...which is it's own form of faith, like it or not. A believer can recognize and make comparison to all of man's earthly achievements vs a tree...and find their own proof of God's existence. To me, that presents such a peaceful simplicity, it blends into what I feel is most important in life. Finding a way to exist peacefully. Case in point, we take trees for granted but yet they are an integral part of all life with extremely complex and delicately balanced systems in place that not only ensure their survival and reproduction but they do so with zero input from an outside source. Nothing taught a tree to grow but yet a growing tree trumps even the most complex inventions man has ever produced by 10000x10000 times as far as complexity. The biggest and most influential realization for me, having spent years seeking my own personal truth (which I am entitled to and would never impede upon another's right to seek their own)is the realization that no more then a few hundred years ago most of the world was still crapping down a hole out back of their house whether it was 0 degrees or 100 outside. Millions and millions of years of evolution and it took us that long to figure out a way to take a poop without freezing our cheeks off? Just think about that for a minute. The progress man has made in even the last 200 years is such dramatic leaps and bounds above what evolution proposes, it should shatter the entire premise. The probability of survival has not increased so dramatically as to support the premise. It was only 500 years ago the most frequently reproducing tribe of humans migrated to North America. And now they occupy a substantial amount of it's land mass like a cancer expanding ever outwards and consuming it. Millions upon millions of years vs 500 is an extreme gap if you can observe just based on human reproduction alone. Unless we are willing to skew the numbers in a very extreme way, humans should have been standing shoulder to shoulder and busting at the seams of what we believe to be the known land mass that the majority of humans occupied for all those millions of years. Now, don't get me wrong, there are evidences of systematic adjustments, improvements and nuanced changes within nature, I would never deny that. I just don't think it presents any evidence that creation couldn't still be a plausible possibility...actually, seems to me, it supports it further. However, a source for the origin of man, evolution doesn't even begin to crack that nut and anyone who thinks it does, is no longer thinking, they have accepted it as their religion and choose to defend it in the same way with the same unwavering faith in it's authenticity as the devout Christians they detest. What I think the truth is...every person is faced with the ultimate challenge of their lives by deciding which side of this fence they truly want to be on. Neither side can prove it true or untrue for another human being...each must seek their own truth of it and decide for themselves. Some will, some won't and some will and then go about trying to indoctrinate any who oppose to their chosen side, which is fine...right up until you lack the respect and decency to recognize the side that opposes you has their own right to choose, just as you do. I challenge anyone reading this to take a close look at which side of the fence tends to lash out with accusations of stupidity and fantasy being the reason anyone wouldn't automatically choose the same side as the one they chose. The hostility and belittling is very heavy on one side vs the other and that makes a difference to me. I may disagree with everything you or anyone says, but I will do so in a manner which fits my the standard that I would want you to uphold towards me if you choose to disagree with me. An important distinction to make and not many seem to have any standard at all for themselves, only standards which they wish to forcefully impose upon everyone else. Anyway, I liked your comment. Decided to write a book under it. Have a great day. :D

I know people do use the word ‘evolution’ to describe adaptation within a given species but that’s very misleading, unless your definition of evolution means to start with a fully developed creature (pick whatever plant or animal you like) and use either natural or artificial selection as a mechanism to select for specific traits thus reducing the genetic complexity of the original creature (losing genetic information) over time and ending up with more creatures that are still within the same species as the original. If that is your definition then okay no problem but that doesn’t explain the origin of any species at all. I was hoping for some actual scientific (observable tested) evidence for an evolution that would allow one species to morph into a completely different species, how about a reptile into a bird or a mammal? After all the common story is that evolution occurred via natural selection which allowed a single celled organism to eventually evolve into all the complex life that we see today, mammals, birds, reptiles etc. This has been claimed to be undeniable fact but the evidence that we see actually occurring in the real world with natural selection and/or selective breeding is essentially the reverse of this type of evolution. I do agree that even if there isn’t any testable and observable scientific proof for evolution it doesn’t make the bible automatically true. A lack of proof just means that evolution is a belief that is based on faith in a story. Of course I’m talking about evolution defined as generating complex life forms and new species from simple ancestors that were at some point spawned from non-living material. Your examples did not address this type of evolution. As far as I’m aware there has never been any observed/tested instance of this.

@Nick Nack Now you’re just purposely choosing to be obtuse and quibbling over semantics. You know perfectly well that I haven’t redefined any terms to create a different argument. I did not state that evolution was the process of creating life from non-life you would need to intentionally look for things to misinterpret to get that meaning. And you agree that the common evolution story is saying that one species morphs or changes, or transforms (use whatever word you like) into a completely different type of creature. I accept that I could have told you that according to the story the transformation takes millions of years but I also did not say that it was an instant event, again it seems that you’re more interested in avoiding the actual question. Could I have provided a more comprehensive definition, sure, but I think it was pretty clear to anyone who understands normal conversational English that I was talking about evolution as most people commonly understand it. So if the theory is evidenced based as you suggest, why all the ducking and weaving and evasive tactics? I do understand why the evolution story sounds feasible, I used to believe it too. The walking analogy sounds logical but doesn’t work for evolution because, implicit in the evolution story is a direction (simple to more and more complex) if an observable adaptation change is counted as one step then sure we can make the assumption that if you can walk 10 steps then you can walk 100,000. But it’s the directional imperative required for evolution that renders this analogy incompatible with the evolution story. The observable science tells us that the overwhelming majority of the adaptation ‘steps’ are a reduction in complexity (loss of information) or at best a resorting or turning on or off of existing characteristics. So we get mostly backward steps with occasional on-the-spot steps. So you can take as many steps as you like you don’t ever move in the direction required to get any evolution.

You've been told ad nauseam that claiming something is true doesn't make it true without evidence and all you say is evolution is a fact and it has lots of evidence going for it. That amounts to false claims. Where is your proof? Again, your appeals to authority mean shit to me. Speciation is not observable, testable or replicable, so it doesn't qualify as science according to the scientific method. Antibiotic resistance is an adaptation, an acquired trait by weak bacteria that lack the enzyme targeted by the antibiotics. The bacteria eventually dies out or is eliminated by a different KIND of antibiotics. FAIL. Sickle cell anemia is a disease not a mutation. FAIL. The so called "increased bone density" is an existing trait in certain people. Nothing increases there but the desperate evolutionary faith to prove the impossible. FAIL. Four-winged fruit flies produce infertile offspring for yet another evolutionary dead end. FAIL. Where are your true "beneficial" mutations? To assume that simple adaptations can eventually lead to a change of species is absurd, a true leap of faith if I've ever seen one. That's like saying that given enough time an Olympic jumper can jump to the moon. Stop speculating and show us where one species has become another. Mutt.

Within the genetic code there are different standards of DNA that control the makeup of a species. First there is the base DNA which controls the KIND of creature. This DNA is absolute and there is no way to change it. Then there is the character DNA. This controls the ability for adaptation. For instance, a brown haired man procreates with a blonde woman and produce a red headed child. Eskimo's have higher fat levels in their bodies to withstand colder temperatures. Africans have black skin that withstands the sun and heat better. All these things are adaptive DNA. Darwinian finches have longer beaks then shorter ones. We are able to breed and create different breeds of dogs and cats. But through this all, the BASE DNA never changes. Even though the fruitflies were radiated and mutated, they never became anything other than fruitflies. And of the very few of these fruitflies who were not rendered sterile, they were able to reproduce only normal fruitflies. Proving that Base DNA can never change. And one species cannot ever procreate with another since all the base DNAs are incompatable with any other species. Evolution, falls flat on it's face.

Nick Nack evolution is impractical. Humans are already perfectly made and designed that any other form would pretty much disable us to our full potential. Think for example our hands. We are able to grasp, write, point, slap, draw, paint, built and so on. If evolution decides what stays and goes within “millions of years and we end up not having hands, What do you think that would do to our abilities that we have today? The only flaw in DNA is that all cells eventually die. We age and eventually return to the ground. This is evident and again all humans follow the same cycle of life unfortunately without staying alive longer than say 80 years?. The reason I don’t accept evolution is for one: it couldn’t have a mind of its own. Life seems to be made to be enjoyed. An enjoyable life means it wasn’t a random mistake over “millions of years” that could of made it happen. Every structure we see today has a designer behind it which also suggest the things in nature had to have one aswell. Random mistakes couldn’t make a perfect suitable planet with abundant life and food. If you think otherwise then you are clearly avoiding the big picture. Second and last reason I don’t accept evolution is: because it be living a life with no morals and standards. The law of the jungle and of a primitive state where it’s survival of the fittest. With God there is more to life than we care to admit since he is promising eternal life on a peaceful paradise earth. I ask myself, Who in their right mind wouldn’t want that offer?

Nick Nack well I win an argument with someone who is understandably inadequate to debate with. You brought up nothing worthy of debate just threw random analogies. I gave a simple logic that no one can really argue against which is that every thing in this earth is manufactured or designed by someone. It takes intelligence to design and build new computers, better homes and safer cars. Everything from your phone to the clothes you wear had a designer behind it. We can safely then confirm and conclude that the same goes with nature. Also I brought up another good point which you had nothing to say about just skip it or ignore it and that was that life was made to be enjoyed in every aspect of it, in a mindless random event such as with evolution and natural selection, such things wouldn’t exist and we would probably be Eating rocks or each other.

1) Yes, indeed, even if we were 100% certain about abiogenesis, it would be impossible to re-create the same conditions as back then in a lab. So? Nobody in science ever claimed that it was proven, for now, it is a speculation, one which is more appealing to reasonable minds than "some magic invisible man did it!"... 2) Yes, you can look at the similarities and say: "this proves a common (unneeded) designer!" (as people did... BEFORE.... as he himself says....) or... see it as a scientific evidence of evolution of species coming from common ancestors. It is the same as saying "god is so awesome that he made the sky blue and the grass green because it's more comfortable for human eyes, he's so kind!" or ... simply know that our eye developped as such because of the colors of the sky and the grass... -> A simple and classical attempt at shifting the burden of proof, brings nothing to the (inexistant within the current scientific community) debate! - As for the fossils not demonstrating evolution -> simply bullshit! We'll be glad to handle a nobel prize to the guy as soon as he comes to the lab with his fossils dirpoving a progressive evolution, but for now, he just talks out of his butt! With these two points alone, i know where the guy is coming from, which is yet another depressing attempt at saving a dying god and from there on, bothering to debate more precise pseudo proofs that will never be peer reviewed or published with any credibility within the scientific community but merely have a bit of success on the "i wanna believe in my invisible friend" community of youtube and other creationist communities would be a waste of time. All in all, the thing is: this is not how it works... Someone doesn't come with some talking points and ask for people to debunk it, but eventually, brings and demonstrates it to the scientific community, eventually finds approval and therefor, disproves THE CURRENT ACCEPTED MOST REASONABLE MODEL, and this way, a new model emerges. Talking = useless. This is exactly how some people come up with claims such as "the earth is flat!", it is simply trying to reverse the whole scientific process because of the desperation of religious beliefs today and flat earthers are a symptom of that! In the end, just more elaborated ways to try and shift the burden of proof or fit god within new gaps, it's always the same old tactics, working less and less each day as we learn more about the universe!

@@walkermorris8642 I cannot disprove that automobiles don't orbit Jupiter, but that inability (and unwillingness) doesn't mean that cars are orbiting Jupiter. The existence of a book (or books) claiming that cars orbit Jupiter, a book read by 2B people (well, sort of read), would not prove anything either. There are classes of claims that are not worth pursuing: professional scientists don't waste time on nonsense propositions (like a square circle, etc.) that might seem very clever to unprofessional minds. It's understandable that you want to believe in a god given your cultural upbringing in the 20th / 21st centuries, and it's understandable that change can be a difficult thing. But science does not glorify anything at all, and especially not itself. Science is always on the alert for questionable claims, and does not tolerate ignorants and charlatans (because some scientists are not always honest, it has to be admitted.) However, science itself, the study of a solar system and universe that will continue on after we are gone will acknowledge a god should it find a provable system that supports the existence of one. Until then, there isn't any god. Between now and then, that god can intervene and prove itself at any point, but it has not yet done so, like the cars around Jupiter. Rump[e Stillskin: "Proteins have existed for millions of years." HOW did proteins originally come to exist? Our bodies are made up of tens of thousands of proteins, each a sequence of amino acid molecules (of 20 types) in precise order. So a relatively short protein of only 100 amino acids is one specific arrangement out of 20^100 possible. That's 10^130, ten to the power of 130. A little analysis of that number reveals random processes could not have come up with even one specific short protein in a trillion trillion trillion years. Natural selection could significantly improve the odds if an almost-correct protein performed some useful task, but it doesn't, so it can't. If evolution were true, it HAD to have beaten the odds and added thousands of new genes for new proteins along the way from simple organisms to complex humans. Evolution was a reasonable theory in the 19th century, but not in light of modern science. Life was clearly designed.

Amwolf look, ive grown up in a country where nobody believes in God and they all believe in this ape theory. some years a go i begin to see how satanic the industry AND our leader of this world were, so God had to be real. (People litterly do blood sacrifices and stuff like that) i begin to dig deeper and read the bible. Im converted to Christianity now and omy how I see everthing clear now. They lied to us for years and years because it is the end of the world. We are in the end times. For 1900 years people were decent, married, silent. The last 100 years the world changed so much( like the bible said) and soon will be the end. Look I dont want to be RIGHT, I wanted to know the Truth!!!! And i do! God bless you and if u want some videos or other stuff i can surely give it to u

Lol so your no different then a believer, you just don't want to call it a religion but your still a religionist. Evolution has been shown to be a poorly thought out bad STORY. You have to have imagination to believe it. There is no evidence that stands up for darwins Evolution. It's simply JUST NOT THERE. IT SHOULD BE OK FOR SCIENCE TO BE HONEST and say we don't know not the slightest clue how we got here, but we are going to work on it. Dna doesn't support a comman ancestry, mathematics doesn't support statistical probability of the first cell developing. The simplest cell is still far to complicated. Dna cannot just magically form in a pool of water. Water, temperature, light, oxygen, all break down dna. You couldn't have 500,000 base pairs of dna to just magically eventually stack up correctly over time. Dna will not last long enough for it to happen. I don't have a clue how we got here, yet I know from the evidence it's not Darwins brain fart. That's no different then saying God must have done it. So even from a neutral position it's just not possible. It doesn't work. I hope this gives you some things to look into, and some more things to research. Unfortunately the academic community is so hot to push darwins Evolution they make mistakes, lie, get excited and assume. So far they have not shown one true intermediate species. Not one. Nothing observable either just assumptions it could happen, it probably did happen and we think this... not one fact yet not one solid bit of evidence and they been looking for how many years now?

@@xnoybis9967 the best explanation we have is still horseshit... it doesn't work at all no fossil proof no dna proof. Nothing so the should throw it out. They will NEVER FIGURE A THING OUT UNTIL THEY DO. Science isn't supposed to try to make a guess fit when the evidence isn't there. That's not science, evolution has failed so they need to scrap it and Try to figure something else out.

Why is this called impossibilities of evolution, and why are most of the comments from people who have not listened to what the professor is actually saying. He is not saying evolution does not work and Darwin was wrong. He is saying that although evolution is a scientific fact, philosophers are falsely attributing things to evolution that cannot be justified. In a nutshell, he is saying that god maybe behind evolution.
@mtobrien1
5 жыл бұрын
His main beef seems to be with "common ancestry" to a singular organism and "spontaneous life" occurring. Evolution is a theory. It happens to be a theory with substantial support. DNA is part of that support. Nothing this man says can negate the DNA evidence that supports Darwin's basic theory. That we are learning much about the specifics concerning the evolutionary process that unfolded, there can be no doubt. But to negate the theory because Darwin didn't have it all figured out in the 1800s is ludicrous.

I would love to see a discussion between Professor Wells and Professor Dawkins (who many know is a champion of Darwinism). Wells is making an argument for intentional design, but I notice he's NOT making any claims for the validity of the bible's teachings, and I hope everyone else notices that as well. A lot of what makes up religion is, mostly, a power play, initially conceived as a way of keeping an unruly, primitive human race in line, and away from the path of lawlessness and self-destruction/extinction. It did it's job, but we HAVE evolved, so now it's obsolete, and dangerous when wielded by evil power grabbers who twist it's teachings to suit their selfish ambitions.

Isn't roseae where some cells turned cancerous. So the best example is where an existing cell has a break in genetic code and becomes cancerous.
