Trust, those Ikea cabs, are cheap, decent and take less than a whole day to plan, shop for, purchase, assemble, install. This does not include the tear out, or trim for diyers, that will prob take more than day, as a pro, with my helper I could do the whole project in a day, tear out and trim included. It would be a full day but one day nonetheless. Doing this custom with lumber is more than a day for me, and costs more in materials, trust it really does, and it takes a ton more tools to do nicely.
