Don't worry about the bad comments man. This video and the other two parts have helped me countless times to make wrist slings that make people at pro shops's jaws drop. I come back to this video countless times for help.

I would say 2 strands of coyote tan, 1 strand of black, and 1 strand of kelly green/brown/or gray (your choice) for the diamond braid. and a mix of any of those for the cobra weave...dealers choice lol, play around with it and see what looks best...good luck!!

Can't for the life of me understand people being uptight about this series of vids. Just because you show someone how to do something does not mean they will. People are a pretty lazy bunch and will buy before try in most cases. Luckily I'm a try and really appreciate your having taken the time to shoot edit and up these vids.

@bowhunter9a I would, the lighter prevents the cord from fraying, it also gives it a cleaner look and almost bonds one cord to another. If you don't want to use a lighter on the diamond braid, you don't have to, you can use shrink tubing for the ends...the cobra weave needs a lighter though.

That's noble. However, what if someone is willing to pay you for your time, material, & shipping cost? I think these are pretty damn cool and would be one of those who pays for it. You make a little extra cash and give folks quality workmanship for a decent price. Wins for both parties involved! That's if you're ever into making & selling them. Nice video by the way. Thanks!
