Prolapse cord was exactly what happened to me during labor/delivery. My doctor came into the room , broke my water and the cord came first he literally rode on the bed with me to the cesarean room with his hand holding up my baby’s head. Once I was on the table she was basically out and born healthy ♥️ everything happened so fast I didn’t know how serious it was until it was over. Thank you for this video very educational and helpful

@@sherlinelessage essentially the doggy position. I had it three weeks ago with my son and that’s how I was rushed into theatre, it helps lessen the pressure on the cord

My baby had the cord wrapped around her wrist and I had to have a big episiotomy so the doctor could get her out. Every time I had a contraction her BP went down. She made it ok

The nurse in my case tried to apply pressure with her hand but stopped while they were transferring me to the OT. I guess that's why I lost my baby

I'm at the hospital now and I'm experiencing this at only 20 weeks, my baby has no chance. A week ago I started losing the amniotic fluid and got hospitalised. The doctors told me to wait and see if the fluid would increase but I felt the umbilical cord and they said there was really nothing they can do
