Awesome video! I've been thinking of fasting. I read a book by Bragg once on fasting. With a water fast the first three days are the hardest. The stomach shrinks, so, after day three, no hunger pains. There used to be some cool elderberry kits. Had some tea, some psylium husk and elderberry, a good detoxer. This prolon thing looks like it has enough things to take your mind off the hunger pains. Real fasting, once again from Braggs pamphlet/book is about shutting the digestive system down so the body can work on "small projects," because the body is, primarily, a digesting machine. @@firevinyasabybuffy I had a fasting tea and some fasting salts in my amazon saved shopping cart. I haven't fasted for years. I would recommend you do as little physical activity during it, if you can as a busy mother and instructor. You'l get light headed if you do too much. I'm waiting until I have a week that I can basically chill.
