I'm a native speaker of Australian English. I've never heard of any of this and pronounce each of these words with -ed as it's written.

Good morning ma'am.... Could you please explain determiners first, and then go over all eight parts of speech one by one, including nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, and interjections? Thank you!

I’ve never thought about this. There is a reason for the D and the T sound. The D is pronounced at the back of the mouth, and the T is pronounced with the lips at the front of the mouth. If a word ends with a sound made at the back of the mouth, then the d sound is used, and if the word ends in a sound made near the lips, the t is used. (Always using the d sound would sound very proper, but it also would be hard to do.)
