भारत में यह महसूस किया जाता है कि मुम्बई मै दाम बाकी दुसरै शहरो कि तुलना में ज्यादा हे। यहां दाम ज्यादा होने के कारण फिल्म उद्योग कि अनाप शनाप काली कमाई। इसका भुगतान मिडिल क्लास जनता को उठाना पङ् रहा है। फिलमो कि कमाई मिडिल क्लास कि गाङी कमाई से ही हो रही है। फिल्म उद्योग को दुसरे शहरों में बदलते रहे तो मुम्बई मै रहना सस्ता हो सकता है।

I am expecting the same. Rates in Mumbai have reached the top. No further builders business if they remain the same while looking at the business/ job developments. As per the prsent scenerio, the businesses are expected to run out of Mumbai and hence further future developments will be out.
