Besides the adaptation of their success formula for township building, this township took a slight twist from the conventional approach. There's an allocation for light industrial components in their township as they want to leverage on the benefit of being close to the port. Besides, they also leveraged on having 2 main intersection off the upcoming WCE highway.
Instead of adapting the popular Gated & Guarded approach, they innovated the conventional individual titled house by legalizing the addition of guard house. This suits the appetite of those who favour only the basic requirements of security & cleanliness. On top of their 'thoughtful' house design with ramps for wheel chair users, additional concrete platform, and etc, they are really pushing a lot of product within the affordable series.
However, these need to overcome the skeptical perception towards Klang. The adjacent developments has bent their address into Shah Alam although sharing the same access *just to prove the point. Therefore, the buyers are mainly still from Klang but I really think more should really find out more about their affordable series=)
