Out of 12 comments as of now, only 2 are racist. One even cheered to AfD lol. Germany is getting better.

Why are the German hosts on DW looking kind of swarthy?
@barbarossarotbart

Well, it seems that you did not pay attention. The host is not German but Indian. And the video was originally not made for Germans but for foreigner who want to learn about Germany. BTW your comment is racist becuase it implies that no German can be swarthy. But not all Germans are pale. Some are swarthy without having ancestors from different parts of the world. And thanks to centuries of migration many Germans have ancestors who were not German at all.

@@barbarossarotbartNah, I'm russian but whatever you think those people aren't Germans. Those people may have German passports, know German language and culture but blood isn't water and they still won't be German. It all stands on tolerance, but even they themselves will always know in heart that they aren't Germans

@@ЮрийМеньшиков-г7и Do you know where all your ancestors are from? Can you be sure that all your ancestors were from the country you are from? You cannot. So, your arguments are not only wrong but also racist.

@@barbarossarotbart yes, I'm sure where my ancestors are from! If you can't say the same doesn't mean I cant. They are all mari and we live on our land for almost 1000 years 😄👍🏻 Unlike many other people we never left our places around Wolga and many Germans are like that, majority of people aren't migrants. I don't think it's great to make word German so wide, German should be German, if we make Germans to be like everyone and everything, then there is no point calling someone German

@@ЮрийМеньшиков-г7и Sorry, but you cannot be sure. You cannot track all your ancestors over a full millenium. This may be around fourty generations. No population is completely isolated. There is always contact with neighbors. And this menas that have also been marriage between memebers of different peoples. This happens all the time and was nothing rare. To say that you never had immigrants who became part of your people is wrong, because such things always happen. Believe me. You will find ancestors not from your people if you research your ancestors. And even if you do not find any among those you can research, you cannot be sure that all your ancestors are from your people because at some time you simply do not find any records about your ancestors. And if you have reached that point anything is possible. Researching your ancestry will deliver some surprises and might shatter your believes.
