1 REAL COUNTRY CHICKEN (THE ONE WITH YELLOW SKIN AND RED FLESH)

1 GLASS OF RICE (340gr)
1 GLASS OF CHICKEN BROTH (440gr)
1 TABLESPON OF BUTTER (60gr)
2 TEASPOONS HEADING SALT
PREPARATION OF
1) Let's iron every part of our village chicken thoroughly with the help of a blowtorch. To understand whether the chicken you bought is a genuine village chicken, make sure that its skin is yellow and the meat is mostly red.
2) Let's cut our chicken into small pieces with the help of a cleaver.
3) Let's arrange the pieces we separated nicely in a large pan.
4) Cooking times may vary depending on the age and size of the chicken. However, it should also be known that a real village chicken is not cooked in less than 2 hours. Additionally, the bones remain hard even after cooking and you cannot break them with your hands. Thanks to these details, you can understand whether the chicken you bought is a genuine village chicken or not.
5) Pour a tea glass of water over it and cook it slowly over low heat for about 3 hours without opening the lid.
6) If the meat separates from the bone easily, our chicken is cooked.
7) At this stage, let's turn the stove on high and fry the meat a little in its own oil.
8) After our chicken is fully cooked, let's put the white breast meat in a small pot, add water and boil it for a while. We will use the chicken broth we obtained from here in rice.
9) For our pilaf, let's put 2 cups of rice into our pan, add sixty grams of butter and fry it a little. Then, add two teaspoons of salt, a glass of boiled chicken broth, reduce the heat and cook for 22 minutes.
