Yes.. you should not consume excess protein powder. You will feel nauseated. 2 scoops max per day. Rest of it should come from meat/milk/lentil family

Have never seen fitness info of this quality in Telugu. Well done! I'm a bit taken-aback when you lumped together Athlean-X with the actually evidence-based youtubers like Jeff Nippard. I've never seen a single study quoted in an athlean-x video. A piece of unsolicited speculative advice: Asking people to like the video at the end works way better than the beginning, because I don't know if I'll agree-with, or like the video at the beginning. And besides, I'll be watching and listening to the damn thing. That being said, this is totally based on how I like/don't like videos, and not in any real data (couldn't find it, I looked).

And remaining Diet and calorie intake is pretty much same. Maybe work outs different untai if u r aiming for Silhouette/golden ratio. Thought sharing my opinion could be a lil useful, idk I'm no pro.
