Ingredients:-
Almonds. - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts. - 1/3 cup
Flex seeds - 1/3 cup
Sesame seeds - 1/3 cup
Pumpkin seeds - 1/3 cup
Peanut butter - 2tbsp
Oats. - 3/4 cup
Dates - 2 cup
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
And you can add protein powder to increase protein content of the laddoo however it’s completely optional.
