Day 1: Creation of the Sourdough Starter
______________________________ ▪1½ cup durum flour (durum wheat flour) (180gr / 6 3/8oz) We use flour as much as our dough needs ▪ 1/2 cup water ( 100gr / 3½oz ) ▪1/2 teaspoon salt ▪1 tablespoon holy water - optional
Day 2 : Feed Your Starter /// Day 3: Feed Your Starter
_______________________________ ▪2 cup durum flour (durum wheat flour) ( 200gr / 7oz ) We use flour as much as our dough needs ▪1/2 cup lukewarm water ( 100gr / 3½oz ) ▪1/4 teaspoon salt
Day 4 : Keep on Feeding! /// Day 5 : The more you feed it, the stronger it becomes!

▪3 cup durum flour (durum wheat flour) (350gr /12 ½oz ) We use flour as much as our dough needs ▪ 1 cup lukewarm water ( 200gr / 7oz ) ▪1/4 teaspoon salt
Day 6 & 7: Let it to relax : _____________________ Let your Sourdough Starter rest for two days. When the two days are completed Close with a lid and store it in the refrigerator or You can make bread immediately.
