Great video Gabriel! I think what Devon is Saying is keep nailing the basics with your training but also find a way if you can to really double down on your own superpower to take yourself to the next level. Balance is important but ultimately everyone has a style and if you can maximise that then it becomes a superpower :)

I love your vids and i like how you break down the list. Your the man, i could see your channel blowing up fast. Erems will plow dennis. He will hit so hard it will be unreal so hard and so fast. His hit is mental powerful. Ermes is so powerful now compared to when he faced tod way back he was so young then. Ermes is so polished . Devons right 100% im excited vitaly is scary and now he retired from driving and is doing full time training. My lord phew. Vitaly still holds the grip recored he maxes machines out. Sorry i just love arm wrestling. Cool vid your quick man christ you could be like bacho someday have devon help your arms hot and your young. Good luck bud i like your channel. I really wonder if devon did latt work pull downs and rows i believe it would help and delt work all that may come together with his press and back pressure ect. Dragging with latts locking that shit ooof im just curious im not a pro so idk. Your talking has me thinking lol.

This is day 3 for me after the surgery, and so far ive done 7-8 sets of each lift each day. @iZephiroth
7 ай бұрын
A single rep around 80-90% of your 1 rep max. That way you don’t damage the tissue as much so you’re able to recover fast enough to keep building. Going to 100% failure damages the tissues too much and require too long of a recovery time, making progression slower.

Ermes is not great at defense? I see the opposite. Well maybe he's not an endurance guy but didnt he hold dave above the pad and beat him from there almost easily? Usually anyone who tries to toproll and get dragged down by dave they just get stuck there. Ermes is great at countering. Vs vitaly he was defending and then bringing it back to his side slowly.. We all saw what he did vs levan. He has ridiculous back pressure at 90 degrees and a great defensive press. How can he not be good at defense. With Devon he didnt do his usual toproll hitting back very hard. All he was thinking is side pressuring him to the pad and Devon took advantage of that. When Ermes hits if he even begins to feel like his wrist will go he stops immediately and tries to work. With Devon i dont know why but he didnt care about his hand and just tried to pin him immediately. Thats where the magic happened. Not the fact that Devon put him on defense.
@DevexTRE
7 ай бұрын
ermes is very very good at defense really, idk what devon is talking about here lmao. But against denis i dont see ermes pulling him back from 1 inch above the pad. If ermes manages to do that i will be very suprised
@shawnoconnor8075
7 ай бұрын
He can only speak from when he pulled him, and remember before you think about throwing in your 2 cents, HE ACTUALLY PULLED HIM. He knows more then any of us and has about 100k times the amount of experience to say that, and studied and trained for him for a long time before he pulled him.

@@shawnoconnor8075 Well im just saying...The best defense if not the only defense prime Levan has faced was from Ermes lol.
@shawnoconnor8075
7 ай бұрын
@@sm6086 there is a lot that goes into play with that match, but let’s just say that Ermes is a better offensive puller then defensive puller, and know that you can pull offensive even when your on your opponents side of the table. An open defensive top roll Ermes would get recked by top competitors. Yes, Ermes is amazing at defense compared to 99.9999 percent of armwrestlers , but in the top 20 his offensive pulling shines through compared to his defensive pulling
@fire1200

Devon, you need to know vulnerable poor points of Levan in the day of the match his coming and destroy him step by step with calm to win 😉 you need to make sleep 30 minutes before 1-2 hours the match start to be extremely focused with explosive starts from you(because this is not your the best point) to stay in the middle and with the mind on mistakes Levan when the pressure get high in this match! Good luck 💪!...like in the movie of fight with the giant and Alain Moussi kickboxer II retaliation know the vulnerable Point his this BEARD (to hit with the punch) In the movie his trainers was Jean Claude Van Damme and Myke Tyson and the coincidence they wife his sustained in his match always🙂!
