I'm a single mom and thanks to this video I was able to help my 12yr old son fix the brakes on his fourtrax . I don't know if you are using a Go Pro cam or what.... but I loved the fact that it was well lit and close up so I could see each part and every assembly.. thanks so much for the video. With your help I was able to help my son properly restore his Father's atv. However I did have problems finding the parts , so if you have someone you could recommend.

I'v found on every bearing I have replaced that using a knife to pop off the plastic seal on the side of the bearing is a good idea. BECAUSE they never put much grease in the ball bearings, I use Marine Grease and pack it in there!! 2 reasons, one not much grease from factory and two marine grease is WATER PROOF!! Remember to snap plastic bearing cover back on the bearing before using it!!

These videos have helped me a lot. I can't get my rear differential apart though and all the bolts are off. As you would say, it's a real bugger-boo! It wouldn't even come off the axle housing so I had to remove that off the rear shock as well. Now no bolts are on there and I'm afraid to smash it... Any ideas?

Thanks so much for this video. I have watched it about 10 times. In the process of doing mine, I do have a question. Do you put any grease on the big rubber ring, on the brake plate? The one the dust cover comes in contact with?

First I wanted to say thanks for the great video set.. you did a great job. I have a question.. When I went to buy all the stuff to do this job the guy at the parts counter almost had a aneurism when I ask for the O-ring seals. He said don't ever use those but to use silicon instead. So I didn't buy any o-rings.. what is your opinion? I like the way you did it better so I am either going to go back and get the o-rings or order them from online so I don't have to see the guy go into a fit.

I watched this video because the setup is very similar to what I am working on and there isn't anything for mine. It is an 01 yamaha big bear 400. I took my rear axle apart and the bearing on the right is stuck in the axle tube. Any thoughts?

Replacing rear brake shoes on an 86 Honda TRX200SX. Everything came apart OK. I cleaned it up and replaced the shoes. Now the brake drum will not go back on. I have tried tapping it with a rubber mallet but it does not seem to be even close to going on. New shoes seem to be same size as originals. Any tricks to get the drum back on?
