how to cook:
1. Pour gelatin (25 g) with water (150 g), leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. Defrost berries (500 g) on the stove, add sugar (200 g) and dissolve.
3. Beat the defrosted berries with sugar in a blender until smooth.
4. Add swollen gelatin and mix.
5. Beat with a mixer until fluffy (20 minutes).
6. Pour into the mold, cover with film, cool for 3-4 hours (preferably overnight).
7. Slice, roll in coconut flakes (optional).
