Ingredients:
Barnyard millets - 1 cup
water - 10 cups
Procedure:
1)Make barnyard millet ravva in amixie jar by using pulse option
2)Clean and soak ravva for 8hrs
3)In a pan add the ravva ,the water and boil
4)Mix well without lumps
5)once the ravva is boiled switch of the stove
6)Keep the ganji for fermentation for 6-7 hrs
7)once fermentation is done add salt u can take with curry or any pickle.
