I only got to work out once last week because I got my second vaccine dose during our regularly scheduled session on Tuesday. I also focused on running because I had a 10K race coming up on Saturday. This was an incredibly challenging day because it included my new favorite** -- pull-ups. I was sore for a few days after this one, but it was a blast pushing myself. I'm thankful I went through it!
