Hey mate, thanks for the comment! I’ve got another pulled pork video using a full Boston butt. Maybe give that one a try. I prefer this method personally as it’s not as fatty. But the method I used in the Boston butt video is hard to beat. Pulled lamb is my go to for pulled meat though. Absolutely love it. Cheers!

Which is pump out great bbq! the only real difference is the warranty and the accessories. I think that firehawk may have even copied the KJ dimensions so that their accessories were compatible too. Which would be awesome for you to have those options! Cheers!

Hey mate, sorry I should have added that in but I can’t remember off hand. I can Normally punch these out in around 7-8 hours. Once you wrap you can up the temp as needed.

@@danieljoy7504 awesome stuff mate! I must admit, I’m a huge fan of pulled lamb. I much prefer that over pork. This rub could use a touch more salt to be honest. But I do like things salty…. So I pulled it back a bit. It’s something you can easily add after if needed but can’t take out if it’s too salty if you get my drift.
