This is just over a minute of silent back-and-white footage of the Northern Pacific Depot in Pullman, WA, with crowds of people and cars greeting an arriving train; it appears to be the 1930s. While there is no info with the film to tell us exactly when, or what was going on, it was very likely people coming down to drive arriving trainloads of new students (the special trains bringing them in were known as Cougar Specials) and their luggage up the hill to campus.
This is 16mm film held at WSU Library's MASC in collection UA2004-09 at L294 Pullman1930s.
