I'll cover further bike repairs when engine is overhauled next time, but actually it didn't need much repairs till date and currently it has completed 28,000 km on odometer.

My 2010 model has done 85,000 KM still runs like new. Only timing chain replaced twice and front brake caliper changed. I use Motul oil and change it every 5,000 KM

I first used Bajaj engine oil then Castrol. Then I used Motul 5100 once, now I also use Motul 7100 and I really love this oil. Thanks for commenting!

Hello sir meri pulsar 135 ls clutch change karna hai or performance ke puri clutch assembly change kar rha ho but kya Bajaj ki Genuine clutch assembly hat ke MK brand ki use kar sakte ho assembly Because yeh Bajaj OEM brand tha phele phele Bajaj ki packing me ( mk and endurance ) company pallet aati thi 🙏 Please suggestion me 🙏

Bro ideally agar supplier same hai, then quality same honi chahiye (between aftermarket and Bajaj boxed spares). Even main spark plugs ka poora 10 piece ka box Bosch distributor se leta hoon, for half price and better quality than Champion ones in Bajaj boxes. But clutch maine kabhi aftermarket nahi liya, toh quality ka keh nahi sakta. Aap purana clutch lejaake shop pe compare karke hi lo, dekhke pata chal jaata hai thoda bohot; blindly trust mat karo kisi pe, because jab main rear shock absorbers lene gaya tha, aftermarket mein endurance make ke toh the, but vo shopkeeper refurbished shocks sell kar raha tha. Then genuine waale 99rpm se order karne ke baad 2 months baad mile mujhe, even service center available nahi karva pa rahe the unko.

Mushkil hai. Itni kam cc ki bike mein slipper clutch ki koi zaroorat nahi hai, zyaada cc ki bikes mein engine braking zyaada hoti hai toh unmein slipper clutch zaroori hota hai.

Urgent! Pulsar 135. Had engine oil leak problem so I topped up the oil and continued running.. Now, at asc i checked today, mechanic said for total engine overhaul including clutch plates etc quoting 10-11k. He checked on neutral at max rpm white smoke was visible.. And drivability is not great and there are modest engine vibrations since a while.. Average is okay i assume.. Wanna ask if total engine work is needed?? What to do now?. Bike has done 29k kms only and is 9 years old..

Your valve seals and rings may need replacement. Most probably I believe that your valves need lapping, valve seals will be replaced and cylinder wall needs to be measured by placing a piston ring inside. I believe that your problem is similar to mine. I spent 2k on this entire overhaul. For you I estimate that parts will be around 2-3k and labour extra. I cannot say with absolute certainty as I need to open an engine for that. I can guide you though. But service center estimate is a bit too much brother. Even when I went to service center they quoted me 6-7k for complete work. At 29000 km it is possible that your cylinder kit needs replacement as well. I have completed my overhaul though, but I post a video every Friday due large size of the video files, as I have a 2GB data connection.

I have always been very careful for my bike used motul engine oils n etc, still it happened to me!! What should i do in this case? Will the engine be completely like stock after overhaul from asc?

@@danishnaqvi786 brother I have researched about all these problems. I have repaired my motorcycle and also talked to a lot of mechanics in the past. And also to repair your bike you can get a service manual, which covers entire subject in detail. I will post a video on that after completing this overhaul series. If you have seen my video, I have described why a part is faulty, I have measured the parts using caliper and feeler gauges and also compared them to the service manual. Even I wondered why my bike lost its power at 13000km, but brother pulsar 135 is a high power bike compared to its size and therefore it needs some service to keep it in best shape. Brother if you can get a good skilled local neighborhood mechanic, then you can get a second opinion from him. Or if you can work on your engine yourself, you can try that. And if done properly engine is back to stock, by that I mean engine is same as new. I cannot say how well an authorised service center will work because personally I have seen asc ruining a few engines so I stay away from them personally.

@@harisentrancesolutions then my friend you will have to open it. Pulsar 135's engine is really simple, so you won't have problem in doing it yourself. It is not good to keep running leaking engine. Mine gave me such a little power that even 100cc bikes were able to leave me behind at red light! That's when I decided to DIY.

Outer housing ke saath complete kit=2000, clutch kit=1000, surf clutch plates=700-800 ke aas paas mil jaye shayad. Main complete housing hi badalta hoon, kyonki purani hoke clutch housing mein gadde pad jaate hai jisse clutch smoothness nahi aati.
