Pumpkin Buns | Pumpkin Bread | Vegan Pumpkin Buns are soft, tender with a filling that makes it delighting, delicious and indulgent. They are fun to make and a perfect dish to prepare for the Pumpkin Season. They even fit a perfect breakfast menu, as it keeps you fuller for a while.
It isn't as complicated as it looks to be. It's similar to a pizza dough with the addition of some pumpkin purée to it. Sounds simple now, isn't it!
Made this recipe vegan friendly with no milk added to it and after attempts with different combinations of spiced and sweet pumpkin fillings, we've come up with our favorite sweet filling combined with Peanut Butter + Dates. This proportion worked perfectly well for us and it tastes absolutely delicious.

🥣 Ingredients:
⅓ cup Warm Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1½ cup Bread Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
⅓ cup Pumpkin Purée
1½ tbsp Coconut Oil
Filling:
10 Medjool Dates, Pitted
3 tbsp Peanut Butter, Thick & Creamy
Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 mins
