In this video I’m going to show you how to make Winnie-the-Pooh slider bun using pumpkin powder! It’s just a bear design bun but since it’s yellow, I like to name it Winnie the Pooh.

• 125g Milk (125克牛奶)
• 1 tsp Instant yeast (1 茶匙速溶酵母)
• 1 egg (1 个鸡蛋)
• 250g Bread flour (250克高筋面粉)
• 45g Pumpkin powder (45克南瓜粉)
• 50g Sugar (50克糖)
• ½ tsp Salt (½ 茶匙 盐)
• 40g Softened unsalted butter (40克软化无盐黄油)
* 325°F (160°C) bake for about 15-18 minutes* (325°F (160°C) 烘烤 15-18 分钟)
