In this video, I make a fresh pumpkin pie using extra egg to make more of a custard filling. This pie was created from a very small pumpkin that I roasted in a previous video. It is only half a recipe with crust placed in bottom of pan. Crust recipe came from Betty Crocker's American Living Cookbook (Deep Dish Crust--Copyright 1987). Filling recipe is based on an online recipe (I will research to find author and add later to this thread).
