PUMPKIN FLOWERS without egg LIGHT AND CRUNCHY PASTEL courgette flowers in batter
Ingredients
12 - 15 courgette flowers
flour
water
yeast 3 grams
prepare the yeast. Put in a bowl a glass of water, the bread yeast and dissolve, add a spoonful of flour and mix.
Wait 10 minutes.
Add another glass of water and another 3 tablespoons of flour, mix well and create a smooth batter.
Clean the courgette flowers and dry. add in the batter.
Fry in plenty of seed oil.
