Pumpkin kadubu is a traditional and healthy breakfast recipe. Grate the pumpkin finely, grind the rice batter thick, mix the pumpkin gratings with rice batter, fold in broiled banana leaves and steam cook the kadubus. Those are the steps in preparation of pumpkin kadubus.
