Let me tell you what has happened bcz I know what happens in medical colleges as I am a doctor. I was a person who used to believe in the notion "all muslims are not the same" and "terrorists don't have religion " because I had finished my school in a tier 2 city, in a private school and I had many liberal muslim friends ( and in medical college also). But after getting in medical college, my belief in the second notion "terrorists don't have religion " has vanished, while I still believe that "all muslims are not the same" bcz I still have many muslim friends who practice their religion. I believe that all muslims wre not same but they are forced to be the same. Let me tell you why. 1. In our college hostel, there was a room named as "masjid room", where every friday one outsider would come and every muslim student "had to gather " otherwise they would be outcasted and verbally abused by their friends. They used to shut the door from inside and the outsider would give them some lecture. As I lived in the same floor, I could sometimes listen to what the outsider would say to them. I'm not gonna mention those but in short, brainwashing used to be done. 2. In our hostel, approx 30-40 muslim students used to live while the total population was around 400. Still, they would constantly demand the canteen manager to bring halal chicken. So the manager arranged halal chicken for everyone (all 400 students) and we accepted that as a friendly guesture bcz we didn't have problem with halal or non halal. But then after few months they tried to bring beef in the canteen while clearly knowing that 90% students were Hindus. But as the manager resisted, they left the canteen and used to order daily meal from a remote village, from where they could get beef every week. But some muslims sticked with the canteen bcz they couldn't afford the expensive beefy meal. 3. One of my friends who was an orthodox, once came to me and tried to convert me into a muslim by repeated and systematic "microdosing" throughout a period of few weeks. I was trapped in his plan for few weeks but when I realized his motive, I resisted and got out of his trap. He would still pursue me for few more weeks, but as he was newbee in this brainwashing business, he could not be successful. I didn't realize it completely back then. I thought, my lack of knowledge about my own religion had pushed me into that trap. So, I started studying about our religion. During that time, on youtube I got some videos of Zakir Naik. And it became clear as sky to me. Whatever thar friend of mine was telling me were exact copy of this man's words. I was stunned. Long story short: radicalization and conversion is not a myth, it exists even in people of a prestigious and noble profession. I had treated many people of many religion and caste without any discrimination and always have tried to make them comfortable by talking in their own religious ways. But think about a doctor who only thinks about religion. Would he be able to not discriminate his patients based on their religion? Will a hindu patient be comfortable to a doctor who wears white cap and has lobg beard while on duty? Nation needs to think about this. I don't want to vilify any religion here. But it's truth that in the name of religious freedom, religious radicalisation is happening everywhere.

why I can't find similar detailed article on DRDO scientist who tried to sell secret data to Pakistan. There is no UAPA or NIA. you can search about Dr. Pradeep Kurulkar. "Terrorists don't have religion " ...it's a mindset ...and media plays very important role in spreading some news for a particular religion. and I believe such prestigious government employees involving in such transactions are riskier than any other case.

I knew this guy when I was a 6 yr old kid (He was my uncle's colleague). He was known to be very kind and calm, although he was a very staunch Muslim even back then, 9 years ago. Shows you how much people can hide of themselves lurking under the surface.
