This child of yours , Barbara O'NEILL, dear Lord is full of knowledge about the human body....Thank you for her. you are a dear Father who gave us every thing that we should know about the things we should put in our bodies.. ..Just like you gave your Prophet's the words to preach unto us, the truth of the Scripture,so that we can heed your warning to come so that we can be saved from the destruction to come....Help us Lord to listen,for you mean us well.

I love this talk, but would just like to inform that it is an old misconception that blood is blue when it is deoxygenated. Blood is always red. Veins look blue because of the the way light is absorbed and reflected in the skin; they are actually also red. Deoxygenated blood can be of a darker red or maroon color, but never blue. Cheers.

Nikiticka I didn’t think Barbara meant the “blood turns blue”. An indication that there’s lack of oxygenation is the skin turns into this bluish hue...

I've heard that roasting your own coffee seeds and using within a 24 hour period is supposedly showing incredible health results. When coffee is processed and shipped around the world, after a few day's time it loses its health benefits. Again I have nothing to back this up and just wondering what others know about this?

Interesting! If you’ve ever had Ethiopian/Eritrean coffee, that is exactly what we do. The way we drink coffee is we roast it, grind it and boil it in a clay pot all in one sitting and then drink it straight away. Our community have drank coffee this way since the beginning of time and daily!! it’s definitely healthier but for sure has caffeine unlike the Italian process she references. 😊 just thought I’d share!

What does Barbara think about honey?
@flowerpower3618

Louie Alcala I have listened to many of her lectures and I believe she mentions it. She discusses using locally harvested honey as a way to increase ones immune system to hay fever so I assume she thinks it’s ok but not in excess. There is a documentary on honey that warns about all the fake stuff out there.

hello Lauri, thank you, to show my gratitude towards your reply, i'll share the reason of my inquiry, and it is, that i have found research proving glucose, added to the trace minerals in salt contribute to greater water absorption in the body, and since i disapprove of sugar or artificial sweetners i'm employing raw organic honey (but in great moderation)since this substance also contains trace minerals such as magnesium, this has worked very well for me for the past two weeks, if your curious about it search a ted talk called glycobiology
