I don’t know if any of yall will even see this, and I know it’s best when it happens organically but the conversations about the more vulnerable topics really do a lot for me. I used alcohol to self-medicate anxiety and depression for years (a year and 2 months sober) and hearing yall open up about the more mental stuff is really cool to listen to. I think a lot of us in bodybuilding deal with these things hence why the gym is so important to us. Thanks.

I believe there is some truth to what Antoine is saying, with returning back to the consciousness source, when we pass on, we go back to the energy source because consciousness is energy. we are back together with people who passed on together in the energetic source we call heaven we go back together to our best life. The people are back together in their best form people who are sick are not sick up there, people who are blind or disabled are not anymore when they’re together in the heaven energy source, so we all pass on we are at our best energy and together for eternity. I believe some of us who have reincarnation may have a choice to redo the life form however we all pass on back to the energy source where consciousness comes from. It’s OK Justin you feel whatever you need to whenever brother it’s powerful what you’ve gone through and going through , a changes people thank you guys for a great show. Always love to listen to you guys. Much strength, big hugs and lots of love.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Justin. I've been there and understand your pain and sympathize with your grief❤. Guy, the last thing you can say to a person who's so hurt after such a terrible loss is that "it was God's plan". F*ck that noise!! We don't want to hear it. It doesn't make sense. It may be good for someone religious like you, but Justin had just said that he was not. And when Antoine asked Nick in what he believed, you went ahead and answered for him. I don't know you, maybe you are a really good person, but the world doesn't revolve around you. Search inside, you may find a way to maturity.

Guy. What do you think everyone did before god in The BC era, the Stone Age etc. Do you think all those people lived miserable lives because they weren’t religious. Surprisingly the lowest violent crime rates are in atheist nations like Japan and the Nordic countries. They are also the most healthy countries. Maybe because they use logic and science to justify everything instead of blind faith. If religion helps your life that’s great whatever religion it may be. But you bashing Athiest is equal to somebody bashing your religion.
