Feeling the crowd …. That big grin says it all . Paying Homage to Prince . Stevie Ray Vaughan , Gary Moore , and many , many others . I’m still amazed by your incredible talents , and having seen you play live back in February this year I’m even more impressed by your humbleness and how you are ,well , still a 14 year old kid ……. A lot TALLER kid now , but still….. simply incredible Taj . The World has been waiting for another guitar God . And I truly believe we have found one in YOU . Keep on being yourself , and may your journey be an adventure… 😎👍

Remember when this kid was a WEE kid … playing guitars that were about as big as he was and asking if he could go ride go-carts if he practised the song for his dad ( and camera) one more time. He continues to amaze. May God continue to bless him for his hard work and dedication to his obvious gift➡️craft! Rock on, young man, but do stop to smell the roses and hear the birds singing from time to time 😊. 🤘 🎸👨🏼⚕️. 🫶✌️♾️. 🇬🇧🏴🇺🇸.

His Dad seems like a bit of a BS artist / tall-storyteller. In some videos taj admits his dad taught him, but in other videos, the Parents pretend Dad(Brandin) just played some Drums and implies taj learnt from listening to gary Moore . The dishonesty of his dad makes me think taj probably started younger than the 7yrs old after ACDC story that they like to push. He is great player but i think they overplayed the only 7, only 8 etc to build his profile. Also other stories form teh dad like sold his house to fund a tour, then nxt minute taj is buying a bus with heated floors and has 2million dollar guitar collection, the Dad cant get his stories straight. Plus number 1 4 times in a row is also a massive hype/bs since its only teh Blues chart and the dad encourages ppl to buy multiple copies at 3in the morning to reach number1 for a short time. The Dad claimed he had beaten Slash single which shows how delusional it is since Slash recent Blues song has 6million views on youtube and Tajs 2x2 has about 20k views

Bro channeling Prince with the stage presence, attitude and talent. Had to comment after watching it several times. Lots of poise and composure even with the cable getting in the way during the outro shred. Bravo mate. So much heart and soul on display here showing the others what's missing in their music. Hang on to it as long as you can.

I'm so darn excited I get to see you live when you play here in Prince's hometown!!! I first seen you when someone I know posted your Australia's got talent and you played Purple Rain and I was caught, hook, line and sinker. I just Love watching your videos!!! I so wish Prince could have been with us longer, I would Love to see the 2 of you jamming together. Prince didn't collaborate and jam with very many, but he would have most definitely jammed with you. I can't afford that whole Paisley Park deal.'m so happy that you're doing another show on the 21st at Parkway. I'm not sure how the acoustics are there. Yours will be my first concert there. I know you'll sound freaking awesome no matter what. I'm excited to see Jazel play with you and your band as well. Remember, don't be intimidated at Paisley Park. You are better than most those artists there. For sure, you're morally better than them. It's because of those nasty people that Prince stressed to artists to stay independent, vause they literally want you to sell them your soul. Ditty Gate ain't nothing new in Hollyweird, and our polititians are a part of it too, but anyway stay strong & Rock on!!! 💜💜💜

But calling out a simple error with "I have no idea who you are talking about" is just maybe a little harsh. James was giving credit to Taj for growing up to superstar performance. ❤❤❤ I have heard and seen a better Purple Rain from Taj. I was kind of disappointed, hoping to see the crowd's energy bring out the best of the guitar master. It was a bad sound mix for sure, but I didn't see Taj's deliberate and accurate playing, as usual. Everyone has off nights; I guess this was one. The young dude is a master for sure, but I didn't see his heartfelt accuracy in this tune. ❤❤❤

he looks far better without that silly hat on... he needs to stop trying to be someone he isn't and start trying to become someone he is... leave his musical crutches behind and go cold-turkey with what he's learnt so far in his long musical life... he didn't need a hat to play this song back when he was seven... nor does he now... it's gimmicky and so mickey mouse... time to grow up fast/be a big boy... i reckon that if he needs to wear a stevie ray vaughan lookalike hat as a comforter then all the other band members should wear one too... now just how silly-billy would that look!? 🤘😂🎸

Yeah i think the parenst have tried to create a t shirt logo with the dreadlocks % hat. He was 8yrs old and had dreads like his parents, now at 15 he still has them which seems strange to have same haircut at 15 as when youre 8. I think he aslo over relies on covers, Probably 65% of his show seems to be covers. But i gues thast teh price to pay when teh paresnt pushed him into touring so young instead of letting him develop as an artist at home.

@@CourtWatchAu he could do with smartening himself up on stage... i'm not generally speaking a big fan of joe bonamassa but he does look smart and well turned out when he plays live... he looks the part of being a professional blues musician... taj's outfits generally make him look like he's on summer vacation in tahiti... and not many great guitarists of the past come to mind who had dreads... so wrong hair style wrong outfit... but if he's really cashing it in by touring the usa and he's in it more for the money than the art then he's doing fine and dandy... at the moment he's just a working musician...for me any signs of real greatness are if at all in front of him rather than behind him... he also needs to get his blues tracks longer so he can work up some mood... i hate short blues tracks...you need at least six minutes or so to improvise- in some decent soloing... i know that he's only fifteen but he's up there on stage playing with adults like a mini-mozart and if you want to play with the big boys you've got to be a big boy yourself.

His singing has got better, he should be singing more, since instrumental covers would get tired after a while, All teh SRV , Gary Moore Satraini is also a bit OTT for a headline act. I think his dad is tryna make as much money while his 15yr old or u18 novelty lasts. Once a guy is 25 I dont think hey come and watch me play a concert of 65% covers will really fly with an audience, but as a kid it has the wow/noelty factor

@@strongspiritmindprojects9446 I disagree, if Taj was 25yrs old and was touring doing 65% covers I dont think he would get promoted on local US TV, Ellen and AGT etc He has talent on guitar but he needs more originals to be an artist and the originals he has got are co-writes and the lyrics dont fit his current maturity/age/experience eg in Cant Sleep he sings "Sway me in your arms embrace eternity" and in House always wins hes singing about a Casino and the dealer looks at him etc but he is underage so never been betting in a casino.

@@strongspiritmindprojects9446 Yes but there are other novelty kidsliek Callum the Heavy Metal kid was on AGT and ABC as well, he was hyped for being a kid guitarist,Nathan Cavaliri was another Aust one. even Bonamassa was hyped/pushed as a kid Smokin Joe and got TV slots due to his young age. Its hard to say if his career will last but once hes an adult he is competeing for tickets/attention with Lenny Kravitz, Vai, Satch, Bonomassa and many rock n blues bands His crowds are biggish now due to his youth, Kardashians kept evolving and maybe taj will evolve too but maybe he peaked too early like that Thomas McRocklin (kid in the vai video Audience is Listening video), anyway time will tell. Also if he plays Satch covers n Prince and Pink Fl;oyd etc why are they presenting him as a Blues guitarist , instead of just an electric player ? Also he told his pop i wanna do this for rest of my life at ACDC concert (allegedly) so why doesnt he call himself a rock guitarist, why is blues the angle ? I think its so he can go in blues charts and claim 4 number 1s even though no one cares about blues charts
