By pushing your body to your limits and overcoming mental barriers you had subconsciously put up about what you can or cannot do, you start to realise what you're actually capable of. Past that, you'll start to wonder what else you've been holding back on this whole time with the misconception that it was just too hard.
Pushing yourself physically is not about the aesthetics and the tangible strength, it's about facing what feels impossible in the moment and developing mental toughness.
