After able to do a 2 minute plank I now do these but with a chest to floor pushup, before goin to the forearm plank

@hi • edited 21 years ago - I am talking from the perspective of someone who can easily do push-ups. If you have not mastered the push-up, then this exercise will not be easy for you.

Currently I am doing 20 reps (10 each arm) of this exercise first thing in the morning. It is indeed an amazingly beneficial exercise, and it can be done in under one minute!! 👍👍

I'm 366 lb and I do five sets of five of these and I still get a good workout anybody that comment section you could come in and see if that's great let me know

at 366 lbs, you maybe shouldn't be doing this, it could beat up your shoulders if you don't warm up properly or if you make one error.

Diet is the starting point High lean protein intake Lower the food like sugar,salt,carbs and take account of calories

Now try doing this. Get into plant position but put ur hand in front of you. And try to get into a pushup position
