That track loader makes land clearing look easy. Work starts when the tree hits the ground.

Definitely agree with you. Having the weight and ability to get more leverage with the bucket manipulating makes a huge difference. Not to mention hydrostatic is way faster as well.

I'm a recliner driver now instead of a mechanic or operator or iron worker or welder/fitter or one of many other trades I learned but dozers are still my first love ;-}

Thanks, only been land clearing for a couple seasons but running a track loader since 2013 excavating back alleys in the city. Dealing with undergrounds, overheads and confined spaces gives you some dexterity.

Google translate again... Климат у нас, наверное, одинаковый, Канада и Россия. Деревья не переносят 6 месяцев мороза.

What's the tube over the right bucket cylinder for?

That’s cats old return to dig sensor system. On the front eye of the cylinder there’s a strong magnet and the sensor goes 6mm over top so it kicks out the action when it triggers.

The thumbnail shows the largest trees. They are massive for my area. Trees don’t get big here. It’s mainly pop can or coffee can. These trees probably 80+ years old.
