Vlad like any good manager needs to get down on to the front line and experience the 'meat grinder' at first hand, to fully understand what his troops are going through. I think he should aim to spend at least a week there on the frontline. This should improve things.

German here: As much as i appreciate the UKs strong support for Ukraine, i don't really understand their motivation. Given their geographical island position and their close relationship with the US, they are pretty safe and could just sit back and relax, and only start getting concered when Russia has taken Poland and Germany. But here there are doing more than any other European country. Can anyone explain?

This comes a bit late, however is a step in the right direction. Had this been considered at the time Putin started massing troops on the Ukraine border early 2022 and had then a united force of allied western military entered Ukatrine at the Ukrainian government request, then this war would never had started. Its not to late to make such a move as then Putin would know he faces a united force alongside Ukraines military with all the benefits of immediate supply that is pretty much absent at the moment. Well... the war would stop in short order as Putin knows that Russia simply does not have the conventional forces and technology to stand up against such a defensive position. So don't debate any further, get together with other allies and rally around the Ukrainians and the war will end.
