Puto Bumbong In A Cup | Purple Steamed Rice
Glutinous Rice Flour - 2 cups
Food Color, Purple - 1 tsp
Water - 180 ml
Butter, melted - for brushing
Grated Cheese
Condensed Milk(Optional)
Brush molders/cups with melted butter.
Combine water and food color.
In a small bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and food color. Mix well by hand and remove any lumps.
Fill each molder/cup with glutinous rice mixture.
Steam for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
Top with condensed milk and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
